Comfortable apartment completely renovated within a 19th Century Building. Located within the Olympic Village, just 1 block from the beaches of Nova Icaria and Bogatell, without a doubt the nicest and trendiest beaches in Barcelona at the moment.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator, has 2 balconies with large windows overlooking the park with the sea in the back.
The apartment has all the utilities and is well equipped from kitchenware to Wi-Fi, a phone line with free local calls a 46-inch flatscreen TV, plenty of channels in English, a DVD and sound system with iPod dock. There is a private parking spot available upon request one block from the apartment. Wooden floors, spacious rooms and high ceilings make this a comfortable home away from home. Great location close to all amenities like the tourist bus, movie theatre with 15 movies in Original Language, close to the marina Port Olympic and the best night clubs in town.

I stayed here with my colleague for the Barcelona Mobile Congress event. I have to say this apartment was incredible. It was spacious, really well decorated in a sophisticated style and had nice fancy TV, stereo you can even plug into ipod / laptop. Below there is a lovely cafe / bar which we found really useful for meeting people and they provided good cooked food and beer. The apartment is within 5mins from the excitement of the beach-side bars and clubs which was great. I cannot recommend this apartment enough and will 100% be coming to stay here in the future when i am next in Barcelona. Finally - the service from Sergio is fantastic he was really attentive and even posted me back some of my notes that I left in the apartment - THANKS! A great stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I would highly recommend this apartment. Five of us stayed for a weekend break for a big birthday, Sergio was very helpful and always available to speak to. The apartment was spacious and clean. Excellent location close to the beach and amenities. Loved Barcelona and will go back and have already recommend Sergio's apartment to friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Excellent location.Walk to transport, beach, shops, cinema, restaurants and along the promenade to Diagonal mar or to Barceloneta and even to The Rambla. Sergio, the owner, was really great, helpful, good advice and instantly available if needed. We stayed for 2 months and had a really good visit. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. An excellent choice for a short or longer stay in the beautiful, vibrant City of Barcelona.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: I have a Yacht maintenance business in Barcelona called Boatwash Company and have been renting out apartments since 2001. I used to be the Salesand Marketing Manager for Helly Hansen in Spain since 1999.
Why the Owner Chose Sant Marti:
I have always lived by the water as I am a windsurfer and I love boats. This location is great because it is by the best beaches yet it is still very close to the city center.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
The proximity to the beach and to the city center, the views from the apartment. The large french doors letting in lots of light. Room service offered by the bar downstairs. The nightlife very close by.
