Villa Annio is situated in the village of Imerovigli, at the Skaros rock area. The villa combines the traditional architecture with some modern features. The villa can accommodate up to three persons (maximum) and it comprises of one bedroom, an equipped kitchen(no oven), a bathroom(with two entrances) and a living room.
The view from your bed even is amazing and you can open the double doors and just gaze to the sea without having to worry if someone will pass by in front of you. From wherever you are in this apartment, you have a view. The size of the apartment which is ideal for couples, is around 35 sq. m.
It has a private balcony/veranda that faces the volcano, Thirassia island and the village of Ia(Oia). Someone can enjoy the sun passing over and then touching the far end of Ia and then dive into the dark blue waters of the Aegean sea.
The house is sitting on one of the highest points in the area, compared to other private villas and hotels, but nevertheless, there are approximately 50 steps to the entrance. Nearby, you can find shops, restaurants and mini markets.
Also, there are nearby places to park your car or motorbike. Fira (main town), is only 5 minutes away with a car or bus, or if you like long walks, then it is approximately 25-35 minutes by foot. There is a bus stop 150 metres away.
