The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them have queens and a TV in each and one is a bunk room, with a double on the bottom and a trundle bed underneath that pulls out. It fits 3-4 children easily.
50' High Def Smart TV in the living room, with DVD player and a Nintendo Wii. There is also WiFi (high speed internet) throughout the house. It's in a quiet and secluded area but is located within a 5 minute walk to: Main Street, the Marina, Safeway-Walmart-Starbucks and numerous restaurants. Walk everywhere in the summer!
It is also 300 feet from the bike path which has many routes throughout Summit and Eagle Counties. You can ride your bike along the rivers to Breckenridge and Vail!! The free Summit County shuttle pickup is only 300 feet away also.

About the owner: My wife and I are both from the Northwest but moved to Denver five years ago. We both work in the city but try and spend as much time in the mountains as we can. Most of our time is spent skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, fishing, biking and enjoying the lake and mountains. We both love to travel internationally and try new things.
Why the Owner Chose Mountain Pines: I actually rented this house for two years before I convinced the landlord to sell it to me in 2007. The house is in the absolutely best location that you could ask for in Frisco. It's one street off of Main, in between is a large park on the river and on the other side is all of the shopping with Safeway, Starbucks etc. You can walk everywhere including the lake and Marina which is across the street and a 5 minute walk. You can also be at any ski resort in the area in 5 to 30 minutes (excluding Beaver Creek, 45 minutes).
The Unique Benefits at this House: The location is the main benefit, besides the things I talked about before. The house is 100 feet from the bike path (which runs throughout Summit County and into Eagle County) and walking distance to everything. Main Street, the shops, groceries, the lake and Marina, the river park where we take our chocolate lab Kona swimming. Even with this central location the house is on a quiet street and is surrounded by trees so it's very peaceful and private. The house itself is very open and bright and great for entertaining or having a lot of friends and family members around. BBQ's on the deck etc.
