This stunning location includes a serene property atop a redwood forest peak in the tranquil rolling hills of Sonoma wine country. The space includes 23 acres of woodland views and hiking overlooking Alexander valley and Mount St. Helena. This luxurious, estate is as beautiful and inspiring inside as the view is from the multiple decks and seasonal, private pool. The property was a realized dream of a local artist, complete with plastered walls, custom glazed artistic tile and reclaimed wood flooring from a pier. The house is tastefully decorated with luxurious rustic furnishing and fixtures to bring you a truly unforgettable experience in this stunning retreat as you take in the wine country views.

The property entails 23 acres of Redwood Forest, with a 2 bedrooms (2 King beds and 1 Queen sleeper sofa) main house as well as accessory units. The loft master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with rain showers and a private deck overlooking the gardens and sweeping views of the valley below. The second bedroom and additional sleeper sofa share the custom tiled hallway bathroom and access to a private outdoor copper bathtub where you can lay back and enjoy a private viewing of the star filled night sky. The outdoor decks provide the perfect place to enjoy a serene morning coffee while gazing over the tree tops.

There is a caretaker on the property but there is very good separation and privacy. This is detached and separate from the main house and guest cottage.

Kitchen: The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features custom designed cabinets with beautiful glazed tile countertops and an eat-in island at the center. A 5 burner gas cooktop and oven makes this a home chef's dream kitchen. Step out on the deck and private grilling patio where you can enjoy the sweeping Wisteria while you cook. 12-cup coffee pot, Nespresso Next machine with Aerofrother, a large Vitamix, Airfryer and a Omega Juicer.

The Living and dining room has seating in front of the large wood fire place for enjoying a warm fire during the colder months while the dining table seats 6 but can be expanded to seat 8. There is also a family room, with a Wi-Fi connected tv and Sofa, 2 club chairs, ottoman, desk chair and 2 stools for gathering and entertaining. You can enjoy the openness and accessibility to pool area and back deck through the 3 French doors. The property security features includes camera monitoring of the gate and parking area.
