  Thanks Claudia and family for lovely, restful stay in the Cottage... The 3 of us on our Wild Birds Unlimited team in town for our store training week found the cottage met our needs very well: peaceful and quiet for restful sleep after busy days, close to all of the amenities we needed: the Wild Birds Support center, restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend it for other business teams seeking a place to do catch up at night after busy days! Thank you so much!

  My son and I recently stayed at the cottage over the weekend to attend Homecoming at Butler University. It was the perfect space for us (He's 6) and gave us easy accessibility to all the points of interest that kept us busy all weekend: Butler's campus, Broad Ripple, The Children's Museum, various restaurants, etc. Claudia and Steve have though of everything- we really didn't need to bring much since the cottage is so well-stocked. It was nice being in a quiet location and not have to worry about a busy, noisy hotel. It was truly the perfect setting, and I'm looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Indy. Thank you!

  In Indianapolis for the Mecum collector car auction at the Fairgrounds and found Braeside Cottage a perfect place to recover after a day's work. The owners were helpful, considerate and unintrusive. The patio in the back was ideal for grilling a steak and relaxing. Even the bed -- often an issue -- was relaxing and comfortable. The location and setting were refreshingly different from the usual roadside motel and fast food environment and the shops (Starbucks, Subway, CVS (or was it a Walgreen's?) and Marsh supermarket) at the nearby junction of 86th and Ditch were convenient for necessities. Highly recommended.

  My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It was so much better than a hotel. The cottage was located in a great neighborhood on beautiful grounds. There were many resturants to dine in or carry out close by. My husband loved that it was easy to find and quiet. I loved that it was very clean, and cozy. Also, the owners were very kind and caring people. The pictures are accurate!! Thank you Steve & Claudia for a Great, romantic getaway.

  We just returned from our two night visit to this lovely little cottage. The attention to detail, location and the incredible ammenities make this a 5 star accomodation. The grounds are lovely, the owners have supplied the cottage with everything you could want or need. It really is wonderful, I am only sorry I did not take the time to meet the wonderful little schanuzer I saw romping with the kids! We will be back!

  We had a great time in Indy and this little cottage was perfect for our needs. It's located perfectly close to everything and only a short drive from downtown. Look forward to coming back! thanx again V&M

  I stayed in the cottage rental while in Indy for a business trip. My month-long stay was made very pleasant by my hosts. I loved coming home to a nice, quiet neighborhood everyday rather than staying in a local hotel. The cottage is situated in a pleasant neighborhood which was nice for running or jogging outside, and is convenient to North Meridian Street and plenty of shopping. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking for something in the Carmel area!

  We stayed at this beautiful cottage for four nights. It has all the comforts of home! The pictures are an excellent depiction of the cottage. Very clean and beautifully maintained. Lots of shopping within a short drive. The owners were very helpful and accommodating, responding quickly to any questions we had before and during our stay.

  We enjoyed our weekend stay. The weather was great so we got to sit outside on the patio reading. The cottage was cozy, clean and very private. It was very convenient to shopping and the Beef and Board Theatre. The neighborhood was walker friendly.
