  The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The club house facilities were nice and the area was quiet. Nancy was very accommodating.

  We went as a family to my visit our daughter who is a student at the nearby college. We were nervous as we had never used a vrbo. Nancy was very friendly and easy to get a hold of by both phone and email to answer questions I had. From the minute we stepped inside we knew we were going to be happy! It was beautiful, extremely clean And family friendly! We had teens along with us and they loved it too! If you have small children you will be thrilled to see all of the fun games, books and toys available for them! Loved all the extras that weren't expected. My husband doesn't like to shop, so was happy to stay back at the condo to watch some satellite tv and grill our dinner on the balcony while we hit the outlets. In the evening, we walked to the lake. Just an overall great experience! Loved the family time together...cooking and eating meals together, sharing stories and playing games. We will definitely plan another stay at Nancy's! We don't ever care to stay at another hotel while in Branson!

  A spacious condo with a great location. The sidewalk to the front door had no steps, a great plus. My wife and I along with another retired couple stayed for a week. We enjoyed fly fishing within walking distance every day. Went to Hughes Brothers Theater one evening and made trips around Branson without the traffic problems you find during the summer. We left the snow in Kansas City behind and were not disappointed with the Branson weather. Most days were 15 degrees (or more) warmer than the weather back home. Renting the condo was easy and it was a pleasure doing business with Nancy. We would love staying here in the future.

  We stayed in this condo for two nights and really enjoyed it. The condo is very spacious and has nice furnishings. The location is great, just steps to the river, which was very relaxing to walk along and take some scenic pictures. Overall, this property was very good and we would stay there again if the opportunity presented itself.

  You're on vacation yet have all the comforts of home. Great condo. Perfect location, away from the strip but close, within minutes of everything. Loved having a dryer to dry all the wet clothes and towels. Pool was wonderful. Kitchen was a big plus!! Kids even enjoyed tennis for the firs time. Fishing was close by,... right out the back door and just down the road is the Hatchery. Owner wonderful to deal with. This gets an A+ in our book. We'll never do hotels again! Condo's are the vacation life for us from now on. We will recommend and we hope to return soon. Thanks Nancy!!

  We totally enjoyed our stay at Nancy's Pointe Royale Condo. I was there for a military reunion and it was convenient for everything. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. I didn't take advantage of the amenities the resort had to offer but loved knowing they were available to us. The short walk to Lake Taneycomo was pleasant and very close to the condo. Nancy was very pleasant, helpful and responded quickly to questions. I'll definitely return!

  I don't think we'll ever stay at another Branson hotel. The condo has plenty of room to relax as the kids have their own space!! We love having the convenience of a kitchen and washer/dryer while on vacation. Pointe Royale is an amazing community - we have enjoyed the clubhouse internet, indoor pool (during the colder months) and the fitness facility. Thank you Nancy for the fabulous hospitality! We'll be back again and again!

  We stayed at this condo Nov 4-7, it was very nice! We had a great time. Off the main strip, but very easy access and 5 minutes away. The condo was very nice, comfortable, and had everything. Beautifully decorated and very roomy, loved the patio and so close to the lake. The owner was great! Very easy to contact and happy to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend . Great place to getaway and relax. Thanks again, we will stay here again next time we head that way!
