(600 m2) Standing at the top of a hill surrounded by vineyards and overlooking the sea, this pink villa, situated over three levels, is located inside a private estate. Outdoor facilities include a private park with a large 7x12 meter swimming pool and a separate 4x8 meter children’s pool. The pools are open from mid-April to There are terraces surrounding the outside of the villa, a balcony with pergola, an outdoor solarium with garden furniture, pizza oven, and barbecue, and a Gazebo. Mountain bikes are available for free use, and there is private parking.
(600 m2) Ground Floor/Middle Level: Entry into the villa leads into a spacious living room, furnished with curved sofas and tile floor. The room contains a satellite TV, stereo, Internet connection, fireplace, and safe, and there is a small bathroom with toilet and sink. A terrace is at one end of the room, and the other end leads into the large dining room, with seating for up to 16 persons. There is an entrance to the portico from the dining room, and the entrance to the kitchen is at the opposite end. In the wood, marble, and tile kitchen you will find all 6 burner gas cook-top, oven, and dishwasher. There is a walk-in pantry connected to the kitchen, and a balcony with pergola just outside the door. Lower Level: This level is reached from the living room, and has a large living hall, with an adjoining room for dinner parties. A fully-equipped gym/fitness room and Turkish steam bath are nearby, as well as a ‘relaxing room.’ There is also a billiard table. There are two bathrooms on this level with toilet, sink, and shower. The laundry facilities are here, and the household staff has their private apartment down here. First Floor/Upper Level: The first floor contains 6 bedrooms with 160 cm queen-size beds. All have ensuite bathroom facilities, with shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryers. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have private terraces, while bedrooms 1, 4, and 5 have attached sitting rooms. Each bedroom has either a closet or a large wooden wardrobe.
