  We were there for a Lackland AFB graduation and everything went amazingly well that week! Thanks to the notes we were alerted to a 24 hour gate to go to and get our base passes before the Thursday rush. We loved being so close to Sea World and with three kids under three we got season passes and were able to go into the park, come "home" for naps and return for afternoon fun. The house was as described, some of the kitchen utensils need some refreshing but we made do and were just fine. Karen, owner, was easy to communicate with and answered our calls every time; we appreciated her concern for our long journey! Overall it was what we needed and my kids just loved being under the large shade tree outside!

  If you are looking for a great place to stay for BMT graduation, Look no further. This condo is perfect. It is clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is very close to base as well as Sea world. An awesome grocery store is within 2 minutes as well. The house is spotless, has everything you need...and most importantly has lots of space for everyone in n your group to relax...including your airman. Karen is so easy to work with..quick to respond to questions, and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay in san Antonio. If I ever need to come back, I wouldn't think twice. Thanks Karen for providing such great accommodations. Such a great week..so proud of our newest airmen!

  We loved staying at this home for the week. Mr and Mrs Chavez were extremely kind and answered our questions promptly. The home was perfectly clean and the pictures were accurate. We plan on staying there when we return in the fall.

  I cannot say enough about how well our BMT graduation was being able to stay at this home. Everything was absolutely perfect and anything we needed was there for us. Our Airman enjoyed coming to this house to just relax and take it easy and having home cooked meals. The home was very clean and well kept. The owners were very nice and kept in touch with anything that we may have needed. It was only a 15 min drive to be at Lackland AFB and that was with heavy traffic. Again, I highly recommend this home for your BMT Graduation or any visits to San Antonio.

  We stayed here for a week for my son's BMT graduation. The house is exactly has shown and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Much better than a hotel room! My son loved being able to climb into a bed and shut the door for a nice long nap and walk around in his boxers, shorts, and t-shirt. We cooked at the house a lot. The grocery store is about 1 mile away. It is about a 15 minute easy drive to base and about a 1/2 mile to Sea World. Once you get the jist of the freeways, it is an easy drive just about anywhere in town. I would definately recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in San Antonio. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  This house is awesome!!!! Very inviting after a 15 hour car ride. Perfect place to stay for our daughters BMT graduation. She was able to relax and have home cooked meals(not getting that at a hotel). The house is beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean. Everything you need is very close. Easy drive to Lackland AFB. Karen was very easy to contact for any questions. Even the neighbors treated us great. Check in and out was easy. If we are ever in San Antonio again, this will be where we stay. Thank you Karen for sharing your house with us!!

  Like many before us, we stayed here for our Airman's BMT graduation. Everything was PERFECT. The house was very clean, comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us. Trips back and forth to Lackland were a breeze. Depending on traffic, average travel time, to/from the Hi Valley Gate is 15 mins. Karen was very responsive to any of our questions and made the whole process worry-free. We all enjoyed a relaxing stay, especially our Airman. After 8 tough weeks of BMT, he was real appreciative to be able to just lounge around.

  We stayed here for my Airman's BMT graduation. We had a 2 year old in our party and this was the perfect place for him to be able to play in the back yard. Our Airman loved being able to come to a home to relax and have a home-cooked meal. The home was so much better than was even described in the VRBO description. If we ever get back to San Antonio, we plan to stay here again. It is beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean. We had everything thing we needed during our stay. Karen was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The check-in process was so easy. Just can't say enough about this home.

  We rented this home for our son's BMT Graduation (Jan 23-27, 2013). I was sold on this particular rental because of their 100% refund if your airman doesn't graduate on time policy. The home was beautiful and extremely clean. We had 7 people in our party. The master bed was amazingly comfortable. The futon in the upstairs loft area is not the most comfortable for adults, but if you have kids (as we did) it's just fine for them. Our son loved coming to the house to relax with family, watch TV, and play the Wii. He was tired and hungry, so hanging out at "home" was all he really wanted to do. It was PERFECT. We cooked a few meals (kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and basic cooking spices). We also were able to grill hamburgers and sit out on the back porch. We were also able to do a couple loads of laundry while there (laundry detergent was provided). I highly recommend this home over a hotel for a BMT Graduation. The cost for 7 of us to stay here was less than the two hotel rooms we had previously booked (and then cancelled). The drive to Lackland AFB is a solid 20 minutes. Well worth it - your airman will love it! Our son said many in his flight were telling him "that's not fair!" when they found out he got to spend his time at a house versus a hotel room. Thank you, Karen, for such a beautiful place for our family to celebrate. We have great memories from our time in your rental home!

  We stayed at this property Jan. 9-12, 2013 for our daughter's BMT graduation. The owner is very accomodating and prompt in responding to emails. We needed space for an extra young lady to sleep and when we arrived there was an inflatable bed set up in the room with the two twin beds. The house was exactly as described, along with many touches of home. It is easy to find and close to Lackland. I would highly recommend this property to anyone spending time in the San Antonio area.
