We had a great stay at this condo. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had all the household items we needed (including lots of extra towels, little things like dish and laundry soap, paper towels, etc. and a washer and dryer). There was plenty of room for our 2 families (4 adults and 2 kids ages 8 and 11) - galley kitchen big enough for 2 people to work in at once, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living area. Since we brought many toys (bikes, scooters, paddleboards), we liked having the garage easily acccessible through the kitchen instead of on another level or outside around a corner as in other places we've stayed. The sizes and temperatures of the heated pool and hot tub were perfect. We enjoyed the condo's location, too. The 3.6 mile paved pedestrian path around the island is right across the street, so we ran or rode our bikes around it everyday. Site Six, London Bridge Beach, and Rotary Park are all a short drive away - great sites for launching paddleboards, fishing, or just hanging out. Our hostess met us at the door when we arrived. She was very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. We would recommend this condo to others and would definitely come again.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We found the condo to be as advertised - very clean and well-appointed. It was easy to get into both the complex and condo itself. Angela was wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Lake Havasu City.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

My husband & I loved the condo location; on the island and close to the London Bridge and all amenities. The condo had everything we needed, is very spacious and tastefully decorated. Angela took good care of us and was available immediately if we had questions. I would stay in this condo again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: Owners have been coming to Lake for 35 years, enjoying the water-skiing, nightlife ,restaurants, beautiful desert scenery and beaches. Also channel cruising, wakeboarding, jet skiing and bar hopping for the 21+ something set. Lots of family and friends enjoying the unique sun and fun of Havasu.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Havasu City:
The Island is in the middle of the fun. A 4.3 mile walk path around island, a golf course, 2 prime launch ramps for boating, boarding and fishing. Close to Nautical Inn for dinner/drinks and Thompson bay channel cruising, boat watching and just hanging out with beautiful sunsets with mountain and lakeviews.
