Lake Havasu vacation rentals

This was the prefect place to stay at.

We had a great stay here and would come back again. The prop manager was quick to respond and very easy to work with. Our favorite parts of the stay were the cleanliness of the place, nights on the deck, and easy and quick access to the water. Everyone we encou tered were helpful and nice.

We would definitely recommend this place. The property was clean and had an amazing view of the lake. My family had a great time!

We can’t say enough about this location. I’ve been to Havasu 10 plus times and finally decided to check out the condos at Kings view. This was such a perfect location to just sit and relax and enjoy the festivities. The condo has a nice large deck and the condo was very spacious. We had a question and the owners went above and beyond to help us. Great communication, great owners! We absolutely will stay here in the future.

The condo is perfect for a family. Kitchen was stocked with all of the major things needed plus beautifully done. Condo super clean with comfortable beds. Everything about our stay was awesome. Check in process was super easy and very straight forward. The host's response time with any communication was within minutes of me sending over a message. We would stay in this condo again for sure.

Extremely clean and very cozy! Everything you need is at the tip of your fingers! Super close to the water, shady private beach area and BBQ and fire pit available! Our only suggestion for the property is to switch out the pull-out sofa bed in the second bedroom with a queen or king size bed in order to have the same sleeping quality as the master bedroom. Keep the sofa pullout in the living area for the kids! Otherwise, a very charming bungalow!
