Off season perfect for family gatherings or friends. Very relaxing place to bird watch, ride ATV's, fish, or take in nature. Also, taking turkey reservations now. Duck, goose and deer hunting reservations for the fall. We have pits and deer stands. You have a choice of self hunting or we have guides. During hunting season, (Nov-Feb), rates are per person. $250 per person for morning and evening hunts of either deer or turkey plus lodge stay. $200 per person for morning hunt and evening hunt with no lodge stay. We also lease lodge with no hunting for $200 per night for 5 or less. $25 additional per person. (two night minimal). 3 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath lodge (one with two showers) with a very comfortable family room. Two bedrooms have two twin beds, and one room is a bunk room with 6 beds. Washer and dryer. Full kitchen. Two TVs with capable setup for watching two games at the same time in the family room! Premium sports channels on Dish network. Hunting, fishing, ( Arkansas game and Fish stocked lake out front) ATV riding, (bring your own) and excellent bird watching. We can provide tours of the farm with advanced notice. Outdoor fun at its best!!

$200 a night for 5 people or less. There is a 2 night minimum stay off season Additional people add $25 per person. 10 person maximum. King Buscuit blues festival is $600 per night, two night minimum. (10 person max) Guides are available. Duck hunts are self guided in pits or sleds with a max of 4 people per spot. Farm tours are free with advanced notice $60 lodge cleaning fee (off season) weekly and monthly rates available.
