The location is one that allows for full access to the Destin harbor, East Pass and Gulf's emerald green waters and sugar white beaches. The new pool deck has a breath taking view of the emerald green waters of east pass.
Since this property is at the end of Holiday Isle, it is far away from the traffic and noise of Hwy 98. Palm tree lined sidewalks are perfect for morning walking or strolling or biking. The property has plenty of features, such as newly renovated lighted tennis court. Full sized pool with hot tub. Brand new work out facility with top line equipment and a wireless network for the property.
The Condo is fully furnished and offers a great scenic view of famous Destin Harbor. Master/king, room 2/queen, room 3/double bunks with twin/full bottom combination.

My family of 4, along with my dad and neice all stayed here. It is spacious, newly redecorated and the beach at Holiday Isle is super! The kitchen in this condo is very well equipped with every pot, pan, utensil, and bakeware item anyone could possibly need including the Keurig coffee maker!. The kitchen has stainless steel Samsung appliances that were great. We loved the private as grill on the patio and the views from the patio. The condo pool was never crowded and most of the time we felt we had our own private pool. The ocean view from the pool is great too. The owners were easy to work with and made the rental process seamless. They also provided a summary of things to do, places to eat and other helpful information.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
