We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is very spacious and well equipped. Our trip was cut short by a hurricane evacuation and we’re awaiting a refund for missed days.

Beautiful Condo, great view of the bay and Crab Island. Only issue with our stay was the beds, Master bed was too soft and had lump in the middle. Second Bed was hard as a rock. Kitchen was great.

This was a beautiful condo with a lot of seating to accommodate 6 people. It looks just like the pictures and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony overlooking the bay was great. Would definitely rent this condo again

Had a great view of the Fireworks and drone show was amazing. Great photo op for sunset pictures. We weren’t big fans of the public beach that was near the room, but we did enjoy Henderson State Beach. The beach water nearby wasn’t as clear as the other beaches due to the rocks around. Facility was really nice overall, could use a full body mirror in one of the rooms. TV in the living area has a purple hue to it and the sound needs adjusting. Overall a great stay and enjoyed our time.

This was a perfect location for our family vacation. Within walking distance of beach locations where our family enjoyed snorkeling, boogie boarding, and swimming. Building was well-maintained and unit had everything we needed, including friendly neighbors! View of harbor was lovely. The open living space provided our family of 7 comfortable seating for movie/game nights and meal times. Played lots of pickle ball and were only 10-15 minute drive from everywhere else we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place. They had chairs for beach available, snorkels, beach toys, games for the family. We have stayed at waterview towers on and off for 15 years.

Spring Break

The location was scenic and quiet. Just a short drive to Margaritaville, go carts, helicopter rides and plenty of restaurants. Enjoyed watching the yatch

Destin in October

You will not be disappointed if you rent this place. Communication with owner was excellent. You can see the gulf from the pool area and are steps away from private beach. The condo itself was very well kept and very beautiful.

Great view

Very clean, and had amazing views of the harbor. . One recommendation would be not to have so much glass decor, I put a lot of the decor in the closet for fear of the kids breaking something. Close to everything. Great customer service !

No beach accedd

Everything was beautiful and clean. Pool & hot tub are awesome. Private beach is built above a rock wall so no access to the beach/ocean. Private beach is great if you aren’t into the actual ocean.

Thank you for your review. We want to point out that the public beach is just down the road. We provide a map and let our renters know how to access the beach and the water. We believe this review will clarify our beach access. Thank you. Jon

Awesome spot for little ones!

The place was perfectly laid out for a family of 6! We brought grandparents and they had one side of the unit and we were on the side with the jack and Jill bathroom for our littles! The tide pools north of the hotel are PERFECT for families with children as it's shallow/not much current and little to no waves....awesome place to snorkle. Off the main strip which makes it quieter and more private. Very clean pool area and unit. The unit is very furnished and stocked! The only thing you need to bring is a few toys for sand and some food! Overall great experience with the only add to be the room adjacent to the kids rooms gets warmer then the rest of the unit, so use the fans in the closet!
