About this property

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home located on flat, sunny lot close to the shores of the Columbia River. This amazing home will sleep 8 - 10 people comfortably. This home features a huge back yard with hot tub and outdoor grill. There is a large bonus/rec room with queen bed and extra mattresses. The kitchen is absolutely wonderful loaded with every amenity. This property has direct access to the Columbia River for every water activity imaginable. This home is less than 10 minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater. Great property for an extended vacation or a long concert weekend.

Labor Day away .. maybe some dmb

Great host that responded quickly. Beautiful spacious house minutes from the Gorge that included everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Sunland weekend

This was a great place for our family to spend a weekend together enjoying the sunshine and water. The house was very nice and even better that the listing showed. We had plenty of room for all ages. The house met all our needs and exceeded expectations! We’d be happy to stay here again.

Far exceeded expectations

One of the best properties I've ever stayed at. So clean with so many amenities. The real MVP was being so close to the river. Our group loved it!

Concert getaway

Our stay in Sunland Estates was AMAZING!!! The house was everything we expected and more. The property was clean and well stocked. Being able to walk down the path to the river/gorge was a highlight to say the least. It's an interesting drive down to the development but once down the hill it's an amazing location! If we ever visit the area again we would stay there.
