Absolutely beautiful stay at Pebworth Manor

Gorgeous house and surroundings, great location for visiting the Cotswolds, lovely hosts. The only downside was that I didn’t book more nights!

Perfection!

From the moment I booked her lovely home Anne was in touch. She provided info on transportation, restaurants and grocery stores. The day we arrived she arranged a car hire to pick us up at the station. When we arrived she and John greeted us warmly and made us feel at home. Th carriage house was fantastic. It was spotless and wonderfully decorated. The grounds were blissfully quiet and the sunset view was like postcard. I definitely would recommend and will come back again when in the Cotswolds.

Idyllic Cotswolds home

We were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful home during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. The home & its setting couldn't be more idyllic. It was very easy to explore the Cotswolds from Pebworth. Then, at the end of our day, we returned to the Coach House for a cozy evening by the fire. Anne & John were available when we needed them & very welcoming! I highly reccommend this updated, attractive, quiet home for a Cotswold visit.

Perfect Cotswolds Holiday!

We had a fabulous stay at The Pebworth Manor Coach House. Anne and John were the perfect hosts offering excellent ideas for restaurants and places to go. The cottage was beautifully appointed. We can hardly wait until we return!

If we could give our hosts six stars we would! Everything about our stay was absolutely top notch, from the communication beforehand to the welcome basket of goodies, to the exquisite cottage in a beautiful location, with no detail forgotten. Then our hosts went over and above all of this, generously assisting us and helping us navigate the area. We can’t praise Anne and John enough for making our stay in the Stratford area so enjoyable.

Anne and John have lived in Pebworth for 16 years and love the location being on the edge of the Cotswolds, close to Stratford upon Avon and just a short drive to the main London / Paddington rail line. "We simply have the best of all worlds" says Anne. Enjoying the beautiful Cotswolds countryside, the RSC theatre on the doorstep but easy access to London and the Midlands by rail or road. Pebworth is where 3 counties meet, Gloucester, Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Wonderful!.

Why they chose this property

The owners fell in love with Pebworth having enjoyed a weekend retreat here for 5 years. The Coach House sits within the beautiful garden of Pebworth Manor, their now permanent home. With 35 mile views across to the Malverns, "it is a home that feeds the soul" says Anne. We remember arriving in Pebworth often at the end of a busy working week, the shoulders go down and we could relax immediately. We are now work at creating that blissful safe haven feel for stressed out weekenders and staycation holidaymakers. The Coach House benefits from a private location and has off road parking.

"This location offers peace and tranquility as a balance to a ‘full on’ work environment. A great place for a week away or Friday night weekend retreat. Just put your feet up, pop the cork and settle down to relax before awaking refreshed to explore the surrounding countryside, beautiful Cotswolds villages and maybe a visit to RSC theatre in Stratford Upon Avon."

The Coach House also has private parking and not located on a roadway, factors that have been a big plus for some holidaymakers.

What makes this property unique

The property has been recently extended into the adjoining stable creating a fabulous ground floor bedroom and shower room. A further bathroom has been created in what was originally a bedroom adjoining the double bedroom in The Coach House. We have added a fireplace and log burner and increased the Kitchen 100% to provide a fabulous friends and family weekend/holiday home.
