Relax on one of the four patios surrounded by the sounds of the ocean and the warm Mexican sun or if you prefer, stay inside and enjoy the views from the huge picture windows in the Great Room or from the privacy of your Master Bedroom Suites!
There are several outstanding features about this spacious four bedroom, four bathroom home. Privately owned and managed, the home is unusually well maintained and clean, with start-of-the-art Solar Power Equipment second-to-none. (Currently electricity is being installed on the beach, but to date, ALL of the Homes in Playa Encanto are Solar Powered-some more successfully than others :)
Each bedroom is a full size suite with its own bathroom, table, chairs and patio. All the bedrooms have walk out patios with 3 of the 4 bedrooms having ocean access and views. The fourth bedroom walk-out patio is into a garden. The bedroom with the two queens has a TV monitor for your VHS viewing pleasure and the 4th bedroom with the 2 bunk beds has the second satellite TV. With your own equipment, the monitors are DVD as well as video game compatible. The satellite TV in the Great Room is equipped with VCR and DVD players. The stereo system, with interior and exterior speakers, has a 20 disk CD changer.
The house is completely equipped for a wonderful, relaxing, memorable time. All you need is beach towels, sunglasses, sun block, swimsuits/jammies, old shoes or sandals, comfort food/beverages, sweatshirt and a camera! Enjoy!
