Just steps from the water with the spectacular feature that the building lots on each side are undeveloped, the house has endless, clean, private, peaceful, OPEN views to beautiful sunsets, tide changes, and sea life.
Relax on one of the four patios surrounded by the sounds of the ocean and the warm Mexican sun or if you prefer, stay inside and enjoy the views from the huge picture windows in the Great Room or from the privacy of your Master Bedroom Suites!
There are several outstanding features about this spacious four bedroom, four bathroom home. Privately owned and managed, the home is unusually well maintained and clean, with start-of-the-art Solar Power Equipment second-to-none. (Currently electricity is being installed on the beach, but to date, ALL of the Homes in Playa Encanto are Solar Powered-some more successfully than others :)
Each bedroom is a full size suite with its own bathroom, table, chairs and patio. All the bedrooms have walk out patios with 3 of the 4 bedrooms having ocean access and views. The fourth bedroom walk-out patio is into a garden. The bedroom with the two queens has a TV monitor for your VHS viewing pleasure and the 4th bedroom with the 2 bunk beds has the second satellite TV. With your own equipment, the monitors are DVD as well as video game compatible. The satellite TV in the Great Room is equipped with VCR and DVD players. The stereo system, with interior and exterior speakers, has a 20 disk CD changer.
The house is completely equipped for a wonderful, relaxing, memorable time. All you need is beach towels, sunglasses, sun block, swimsuits/jammies, old shoes or sandals, comfort food/beverages, sweatshirt and a camera! Enjoy!

RELAX is the key to this home. Our family has had the privilege of staying at Elena's Beachfront home for over 5 years now (we just got back). We absolutely LOVE it! There is no nicer home or owner on the beach (The house is every bit (and more) as beautiful as the pictures show). It is ALWAYS clean and well stocked for our visits; there is even ice when we arrive with our coolers. The beach is literally steps away as well as private, quiet and clean (with security patrols too - not that they are needed). We cannot more highly recommend this property for all the amenities and special touches provided. Our kids love it so much they refer to it as "our Mexico house." We will continue to come back as long as Elena will have us!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We have stayed there numerous times now and it is always the best "home away from home!" There isn't a better place to stay when you want a nice and relaxing vacation on the beach. It's better than pictures or words can describe!

Pics do not do justice to this beautiful home. Loved every minute spent there. Layout is wonderful. Bedrooms looking out at ocean. Everything needed is provided. I loved the HUGE picture window overlooking the water.

This house has it all! A wonderful and friendly owner, right on the most beautiful and private beach in Rocky Point, and an amazing home. this is truly a rental that once you are there, you can't believe that it is a rental. Love the home, have stayed two different times. Nicest home on the best beach you will NOT be dissapointed. Just wish it was available Memorial Day 2007, I booked late and missed it...bummer.
