Great Location & value
"Stayed a week. Easy to get to Austin centre by bus (nos. 7 & 20) which stop 5 mins away & takes about 5 mins to cross the bridge into downtown Austin. 24 hour bus pass $2.50.
Can walk to South Congress Ave or catch Numbers 7 & 1 buses.
Austin is a fantastic city to visit - easy to get around & lot to see & do.
The studio is ideal for a couple with everything you need. Todd leaves you to come & go as you please but is always available for any inquiries.
Accommodation seems to be quite expensive at hotels in & around Austin so this studio is excellent value."

"This is a charming home set back and high off the street with excellent privacy. Friendly neighborhood (people said hi to us on our walks) with well-kept homes and variety of architecture, both old and new. Lots of trees provide shade for the hot Austin sun. The location is fantastic--walking distance to neighborhood park, pool and SoCo attractions, and super close to downtown and river. The kitchen and back family room are spacious and very comfortable for a large group. Master suite is also big with lots of closet space and en-suite bath. A lovely back deck with a table for 6-8 and extra chairs is accessed from both. The two front bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bath. The owners have included anything you might need from bug spray and sunscreen to shopping bags, water bottles and a cooler. Even spices and oils for cooking are provided, a rarity in previous houses we've rented. Nice decorative touches such as hand-painted ceramic light switch covers and a red guitar in kitchen. Internet & AC worked great. For us, it was a wonderful base for UT graduation w/family. Sandy was very quick in responding to emails so we were able to confirm availability and set up payment without delay. Highly recommend!"

Clean, roomy, beautiful area, and close to everything.
"This loft is in a very nice neighborhood. The backyard is gorgeous. We were able to walk from the house to South Congress which has amazing shopping and food. We were also able to walk to Auditorium Shores in about 10 minutes. Right around the corner is a Thundercloud Subs which was great for lunch. It's also close enough to downtown that we took an Uber ride that cost us about 5 dollars.
This place is perfect for a weekend stay. The rooms and bathroom were spotless. They have a driveway for you to park in so that you don't have to park on the street. They even stocked the fridge with water for us.
The owner was helpful with the reservation and I felt that I could call them if we had any questions and they would have helped right away. The living room area is nice and even has a big TV to watch when you just want to sit and rest.
We had no problems or concerns whatsoever our entire stay and we would move in and live there if we could."

"Good location in quiet, residential neighborhood close to South Congress. Satisfactory communications with owner. Property was satisfactory, though a little musty. Pleased to find extra clean linens in closet as had to swap these out. Somewhat costly but lodgings in Austin are high."
