  • Great little house near everything.

"This house was perfect for our family, also including my wife and 2 year old son, who referred to the house as "our cute little house." The house was easy to get into. Everything was clean on arrival and a nice arrival gift was even waiting for us. The amenities are great, especially in the kitchen. The back porch and yard were wonderful as well. The best part of this house is the location. It's in a quiet neighborhood but easily walkable to all the food truck courts on 1st, and the busy Lamar and S Congress. We rode our bikes everywhere. Zilker park, the bike trail along the river and Barton springs are just a short bike ride away through the neighborhood. We had a great time in Austin and this house was quite suitable for us and wells highly recommend staying here."

  • Excellent location, beautiful home, amazing owner

"Absolutely loved staying here. Went with my boyfriend for my birthday and couldn't have chosen a better place. The location is perfect - walking distance to both South Congress and Downtown. It's about 10 mins to SoCo and 15 to downtown. It is rather hilly, so riding bikes can be a bit of a challenge, but that's how we got around and it was a great way to see Austin. The location is beautiful with lots of trees and well maintained homes. It felt very safe. The house looks exactly as shown in the pictures. It's clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sandy was great and very helpful and even shipped my clothing back to me that I absentmindedly forgot. Guess I didn't want to leave!"

  • Great value

"I found this house to be the best value available when taking into consideration price, location, and how many it sleeps. We had a group of 8 guys so many of the houses in the area were too small. It was less than a mile from S Congress, and a stone's throw from 1st St Food trucks- so we walked most everywhere and didn't have to deal with parking. Good price and location, with lots of places to sleep!"

  • Delightful Time in SOCO!

"Welcoming tacos and beer when we arrived after midnight set the mood for a great stay at Jim's. We are from SF so used to walking lots and enjoyed checking out Congress, eating lots of delicious food and Amy's Ice Cream and even walked all the way up to 6th street and back (probably 5 miles roundtrip) . Jim texted awesome suggestions for live music and had lots of great tips for the area. Highly recommend this place:) Thanks for a great stay!"

With SoCo lodging, the occupants of these rentals are provided with a superb, spacious living quarter that may include washers, dryers, all bed sizes, full kitchens, DVD player access, game consoles and more.
