Nice hill country home with amazing pool and close to many activities!
"We stayed for a week and everything was great. We saw deer in the neighborhood/yard everyday and our 2 little kids loved watching them. We set out birdseed and saw many different species of birds from the living room.
THE POOL!!! This pool is amazing. It is set in the middle of a mini forest! The scenery is breathtaking and the kids loved the pool. We were in there almost everyday. There is a little walk-in platform that my 2 y/o loved playing on and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outside.
The zoo is very close as is Jester King Brewery, a couple vineyards, an olive oil distillery, and many great restaurants. I can't wait to come back to this place again.
The only thing I would change is having a king size bed put in the master bedroom. Other than that, this place was perfect."

"Amazing property! We stayed 3 nights, 2 nights leading up to the finale evening which was our wedding. A ton of fun. Swim up bar in the pool, hot tub, evening meals in the main dining room, utilized the boat dock by bringing our own boat up from Riviera. I highly recommend this place for family retreats / weddings / or a romantic hideaway. Tony was very responsive for all of our needs throughout the week. Summer had a bottle of champagne waiting for us and soft music playing throughout the house as we made the transition to the property. Outstanding service!! Looking forward to our next chance to stay."

"This property is absolutely fabulous! My boyfriend and I stayed here over Memorial Weekend in order to attend my sister's graduation ceremony from her PhD Program at UT. The location was ideal, as it was a block from her house, but also ideally situated for easy access to the downtown area. It's a quick walk to all the bars and restaurants, and it's close to the Hike & Bike trail. We enjoyed meals at both Z'Tejas and Clarks which are literally steps from the property. An Uber ride to the airport cost us $29 but only because a lot of the roads were closed when we were leaving so there was a lot of extra driving around. My guess is that it would have been about $17-20 max. In terms of location, you really can't find a better spot for this price.
Most importantly, the folks who own this property are awesome hosts. The transaction from start to finish has been a pleasure. Upon arrival to flat I found a nice bottle of wine and fresh flowers waiting within the positively IMMACULATE space. Fluffy towels, beautiful bedding, and a fabulous kitchen stocked with k-cups for having your morning coffee on the deck outside. Beautiful glassware and dishes stock the shelves, and the memory-foam bed is SO comfortable! As a previous reviewer said, technically this is a studio, but that description doesn't do it justice. The space is divided perfectly, and overall it was just the best place to stay. Without a doubt, we'll be back to Austin and won't be staying anywhere else."
