About this property

Tiny beach house Proost, 100 m. from the beach, boulevard and lighthouse

The super-situated holiday cottage Proost for 2-4 people (50 m2) has a cozy living room with TV and kitchenette with 4-burner stove , microwave, coffee maker filter or Dulce Gusto, a water heater, a toaster etc., a shower with sink and toilet. The whole is centrally heated.
Upstairs is a bedroom with a 2 bed and another bedroom with 2 1-person beds, which can be placed alongside each other.
A camp bed for a baby is available.
The holiday cottage is behind the residential building. In the garden is a partial fence so that you have your own terrace. Through the garden gate you have your own entrance.
There is internet in the holiday cottage.

Upon arrival, beds are made of. Not be provided are towels, kitchen towels etc..

1 digital licence for parking your car is available. (In Noordwijk you have to pay for parking your car)
With this licence you can ONLY park free your car at the great parking area Wantveld, nearby the holiday cottage. (except for events) (cost otherwise € 15,-- per day)
Nowhere else you can park your car with this license.

Tiny beach house

Unterkunft viel zu klein: Badezimmer ca. 4 qm, das 2. Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangzimmer am Ende der sehr steilen Wendeltreppe. Diese hatte kein durchgehendes Geländer was für Kinder oder älteren Gäste sehr gefährlich ist. Unterkunft ist für Familien mit Kindern nicht geeignet.

Kurzurlaub in Noodwijk

Wir habe dort zu zweit eine schöne Herbstwoche verbracht. Die Vermieterin war wirklich nett und das Häuschen ist tip-top. Unsere Fahrräder konten wir in dem Innenhof sicher einschließen. Falls das WLAN klemmt, sollte man sich beim Vermietet melden und notfalls eine Plan B haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fewo in Noordwijk

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietungerin unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung vom ist 100 Meter vom Kilomer langem Sandstrnd ein.

Schönes Häuschen in Super-Lage

Das kleine, aber feine Häuschen hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super - nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand und auch zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Empfehlenswert!

Gemütliches Beachhouse

Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche. 😊 Das Häuschen ist klein, aber sehr fein. Für 4 Erwachsene (2 Paare) ist es nicht so gut geeignet. Aber für eine Familie sehr gut. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, fast direkt an der Strandpromenade und trotzdem ruhig und mit Privatsphäre. Frau Proost ist super nett und freundlich, eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sehr zu empfehlen.

schlechtes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis

Die Größe der Wohnung war in der Beschreibung sehr großzügig aufgerundet und weit von der tatsächlichen Größe entfernt. Im Obergeschoss kann man nur in der Mitte aufrecht stehen, das Badezimmer ist so klein, dass man sich nicht umdrehen kann. Den Hinterhof (Terrasse) muss man sich mit den Eigentümern teilen, auch wenn sie sehr nett sind, war es nicht das, was wir wollten und was in der Anzeige stand. Alles in allem also ein schlechtes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis (und das hat nichts mit dem Baulärm zu tun, für den die Eigentümer ja nichts können), wir hatten für den Preis sehr viel mehr erwartet!!

Super Lage in Noordwijk

Die Wohnung hat eine klasse Lage - nur eine Straße vom Strand entfernt. Es ist ein gemütliches, kleines Häuschen. Die Treppe nach oben ist etwas steil, was nur eine Herausforderung mit schwerem Koffer ist, aber ansonsten kein Problem. Außerdem sehr freundliche Vermieter!

Kurzurlaub mit den Töchtern

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum einkaufen, sowie das parken ist ebenso sehr praktisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung bietet ausreichend Platz auf zwei Etagen. Sie liegt zentral und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Doré ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin zu der wir gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr nette kleine Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war klein, aber sehr fein. Alles war sehr sauber, alle Möglichkeiten zum eigenständigen Leben (Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Internet, etc.) waren vorhanden und auch die Gastgeberin war sehr nett! Außerdem war der Weg zur Promenade sehr kurz. Die Ferienwohnung ist bereits weiterempfohlen. Gerne wieder!

Kleine, gemütliche Wohnung in direkter Nähe vom Strand

Wir waren in den Herbstferien 4 Tage in dieser kleinen, gemütliche Wohnung, wo es an nichts gefehlt hat! Sauber und hübsch eingerichtet . Wir hatten 2 Hunde mit und konnten dort den Strand genießen, die Dünen auch sofort zu Fuß zu erreichen und es sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Restaurants oder Strandbars, eine ideale Lage also für alle Ausflüge. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Niedliche Unterkunft, sehr sauber

Die Vermieterin ist super nett, die Unterkunft klein und süß, es ist bis auf Handtücher alles vorhanden, Heizung für die kalten Monate funktioniert sofort. Das Ferien-Häuschen steht im Garten auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter. Die Terrasse ist durch einen Sichtschutz abgetrennt, sodass man einen kleinen privaten Bereich mit Tisch und Stühlen nutzen kann.

Sehr schön gelegen

Das erste Mal muss nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein... schön gemütlich wie eine kleine Fischerkate mit allem Interieur was man braucht. Frau Proost ist sehr sehr nett und wir sind freundlich empfangen worden. Alles sehr unkompliziert und wir hatten schöne Tage zum Jahreswechsel.
