117 Seaside Chalets - Hemsby. <br>FOR HIRE- PET FRIENDLY

Our beautifully presented chalets are situated on the Sundowner Holiday Park on Newport Road in Hemsby, Norfolk.

Sundowner is a quiet, well maintained site with green lawns and ample parking surrounding the chalet.

Newport Road offers plenty of shops, cafes, food outlets, amusements and non-resident access to clubs & bars.

Both chalets are situated near each other so ideal for families holidaying together. They are also very close to the rear gate which leads you directly onto the busiest part of Newport Road.

There is also a swimming pool open to non residents at the rear of the Bermuda Holiday Park. The pool is under my management and is an approx. 10 minute walk from the chalet.

A 10 minute walk will take you to one of Norfolk's prettiest / sandiest beaches where at the same time you will find the hustle and bustle of the famous Beach Road which offers a wide range of fun things to do, including funfairs, amusements, crazy golf, pubs and clubs, play areas, go-karting and plenty of shops and cafes.

CHALET 130 - No Pets

This chalet has 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a triple bunk.

There is also a double sofa bed in lounge area which means the chalet can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.

CHALET 117 - Pets Welcome

This chalet is a recent purchase and will undergo a make-over prior to the 2019 season. The current pictures reflect the layout and basic features.
It has 2 bedrooms. The first is a double room and the second has 2 single beds.

There is also a double sofa bed in lounge area of this chalet too, which means this chalet can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.


Both chalets are fully self contained with items such as: travel cot / highchair / bed guard / bath seat / bath safety rail / iron & board / washing line & airer.

There are Freeview Tv's and DVD players in the lounge and in the double bedrooms of both chalets.

There is secure, additional storage directly outside chalet 130 and hopefully 117 too by the start of the season.

Prices range from £100 - £445 per week.
Bed Linen is provided within the quoted rate (unless a pet is with the booking party).

There are no additional costs other than electricity by means of a £1 coin meter.

Swim passes are included in the rate.
A £50 deposit secures your holiday with the final payment due 5 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

A refundable £50 security deposit is required.
£75 if staying in 117 with a pet.
This is additional to the final holiday price but is refunded on departure, assuming that the chalet is left clean and no damage has occurred.

Strictly no smoking in either chalet!
