Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate it. There is a strict no smoking policy in the condo buildings but perhaps some smell came in from outside. The living room and kitchen were updated, but the bedrooms have not been. There is darker carpet so that might contribute as well. Thank you. We appreciate the feedback. In our condo descriptions we do mention which floor and how many flights of stairs. There are no elevators for the regular condos, just a few luxury ski in/ski out units, but there are two ground floor 2-bedroom units. Thank you for your feedback. The living room and kitchen were remodeled just 4 years ago, but maybe you mean the bedrooms. Photos are generally taken as wide-angle for properties so size is hard to interpret, but they are accurate for the furnishings and kitchen wares. We will pass your comments on to the homeowner. Thank you so much for your feedback. The living room and kitchen updates were done a couple of winter's ago. It's too bad the owner did not update the bedrooms at that time. We've sent our maintenance team over to look at the sofa bed. We'll share your review with the owner and their in-house manager who will recommend mattress or bed replacements. Thank you for staying with us. We would have loved the opportunity to come out to the condo with a new coffee maker and to fix the stopper for yourselves and for future guests. Thank you for coming. We appreciate your feedback. It caused me to check the amenities on Vrbo as they feed from our system. There is a section that mentions laundry and parking at the top, but it is clarified in the lower section where coin-operated laundry and 1 parking space are mentioned. The laundry is in the basement of the complex. I'm not sure if you called about your parking concerns. The only way for there to not be enough room in the lot is if other people have more than the allotted one car per unit. We usually pass this on to the HOA so they can locate the guests in question. We have replacement small appliances on hand for these instances, but don't see that you reported it. We prefer the chance to make things like these right so you can enjoy the rest of your stay and also so the future guests aren't impacted.
