Cottage Les Deux Pins for 4 in Provence, Avignon Festival, nature, wine route

Welcoming holiday cottage for 2 to 4 people + 1 baby, in a charming villa, 9 minutes from the Palais des Papes, offering a very attractive view(sight) on the Mount Ventoux and the plain of Comtat venaissin, in side of an attractive hill which we reach by a small gate behind the terrace garden:
We propose:
- A small apartment of 40 m2:
1 shower-room with washbasin, toilets and shower,
1 room(chamber) with a large bed (140 cm) and a bed for a baby (0-3 years);
1 big room with:
- 2 beds 9O cm,
- Lounge with sofa, TV, DVD
- 1 fitted out kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator freezer, microwave, induction.
- Shared access to the swimming pool (agreed hours together if you wish), warmed by solar heating.
- Garden planted with Mediterranean species terraces, the owner is a botanist.
- Wi-fi network + Ethernet cable in every room ;
Optional : linen of bed, toilet and house 30€ per week, the housework at the end of stay 30€.
The house offers an exceptionally quiet site:
- 1 minute from the motorway heat exchanger(interchange) A7 of north Avignon (the hill protects us from the noise),
- 3 minutes from the shopping district, with all the conveniences in terms of businesses, 2 biological stores-restaurants, other restaurants, services(departments),
- With an access to the pine forest and to the hiking trail (jogging!) behind the garden and a magnificent view(sight) on Ventoux, the Laces of Montmirail and the Mounts of Vaucluse.
- 5 minutes from the water park Splashworld (opening july, 2015) and of the park Spirou (opening at the end of 2015) of Monteux,
- 7 minutes from the ramparts of Avignon,
- 1 minute from the center of Vedène (pizzas to be taken, bakeries, pharmacy).
A bus line passes at the foot of the street and can take you in Avignon (a bus allThe house is 3 minutes drive far from the large shopping center north of Avignon, with all shops, restaurants, services, 7 minutes from the ramparts of Avignon, 1 minutes from the center of Vedène (takeaway pizza , bakeries, pharmacies, ...).
