This is the second time we have visited the villa in the past 4 years. The listing is accurate and the pictures reflect the property as we experienced it. Communication was great and we managed to overcome the language barrier. Delfina was wonderful. Yet again, immaculately clean and well equipped. Pool and outside space was well maintained and water was brilliant.We could.walk into the village, drive to local towns and beaches. Everything you need is close by and the area began to feel like home.

Photos don’t do justice to this beautiful Villa

We’ve just spent the most idyllic 5 days at Villa Pinna. The location is quiet and surrounded by superb views of mountains. The local village is quiet but had enough shops to get what we needed. The gelateria around the corner does fantastic gelato! The villa was spotless, everything was clean, the kitchen had all the utensils you’d need, the coffee percolator was a very welcome addition and the pool was excellent! So nice to jump into when the beaming sunshine got us too hot! Thank you very much to Mariella’s communication throughout the booking to the end of our stay. And thank you to Delfina who looked after us while we were at the Villa.

Beautiful villa

Villa Pinna is a beautiful place to stay and has been finished to a really high standard. The setting is very peaceful but within a short drive of beautiful beaches where we enjoyed snorkelling. The pool is larger than other villas we have stayed at. Overall, we were really impressed! Mariella was fantastic at communicating throughout the booking process and during our stay. Delphina, who looks after the property was lovely. We just wished we’d been able to speak Italian so that we could chat more freely with her. However, we were still able understand each other well enough with the help of Google translate. We can certainly recommend Delphina’s pizzeria which is less that 100m walk from the villa. Thank you Mariella and Delphina for a fantastic stay!

We had a lovely 10 day stay at the villa. It’s modern and is very peaceful. We spent a few days exploring beaches of Saint Antioch which is about 30-40 mins. We visited Terrureda Beach which is stunning but we had to reserve the day before. Sadly Delfina no longer runs her restaurant just down the road so we had to drive to eat out but found places about 10-15 min drive. The host was super prompt on any question that I had. Provided is beach towels, sun parasol and 2 chairs. In August we would have appreciated air conditioning to make going to sleep easier. Take insect repellant too. We had to buy in stuff like soap, detergent, bin bags but Provided was oil, sauces and some coffee pods. We would highly recommend if you are happy to drive around and want to explore this corner of Sardinia.

We had a very enjoyable week. The villa is private, large and well equipped with a fantastic pool surrounded by vineyards and fields. Villaperuccio is a good hub to explore the South Western Coast and mountainous inland areas. There was a lack of restaurants within walking distance but there are two small minimarkets in town and a large well stocked Eurospin 5 mins drive away. The only area’s for improvement in our opionion (bearing in mind the price) are provision of bags for the many recycling bins and perhaps a few more dishwasher tablets. The 2 hour pool cleaning service twice a week would be more user friendly during the daytime when you are out. One evening they came at 6pm. Communication with the Manager had to be through the owner in Holland as she did not answer our messages. However the owner was always very quick to respond. All in all highly recommended.

A great rural house with fab pool

A very nicely furnished, rural house with a fabulous pool. Walking distance to a great pizzeria (closed Tuesday) and a chemist, butcher and bread shop. A bigger supermarket is Eurospin 7 mins away in the car. The pool is heated (I think!) and is brilliantly and frequently maintained by Delfina. Everything you could possibly need for a trip to the coast is provided for. Umbrellas, cool boxes etc etc. Whilst the house doesn’t have air con, it remains pretty cool. There aren’t fans in the kitchen/ sitting room which we found to be very hot. Delfina & her husband who manage the property are kind and generous hosts. If you need anything you can message her on her mobile (number in the info book in the house). Beaches are driving distance (obviously!) and there are many beautiful small beaches and coves to explore. Some of the larger are extremely busy. Access to the generous utility room was great as we always pack little and wash whilst away. A family of kittens live under the tarpaulin on the drive. Although very scared, they really appreciated cat food and water whilst we visited as it was unseasonably hot. A great, peaceful place to stay. Views from the terrace to the vineyard and olive groves behind, are unforgettable. Worth noting there isn’t a hairdryer at the property. If you need one, take one

Wir waren zwei Wochen Gäste in der Villa Pinna und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Delfina und ihr Mann, die nur wenige Schritte entfernt wohnen, haben uns herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Bei Fragen oder Problemen waren sie jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich sofort darum gekümmert – ein wirklich toller Service.Die Villa ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sie ist modern, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind im Sommer sehr angenehm. Die neue Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich und in beiden Schlafzimmern ist super. Wir haben sie allerdings kaum genutzt, da die Deckenventilatoren völlig ausgereicht haben.Auch viele praktische Dinge wie Sonnenschirme und Kühltaschen sind von vorherigen Gästen vorhanden. Die große Terrasse verfügt über vier Liegen und eine Hängeliege. Durch die Palmen gibt es ausreichend natürlichen Schatten. Außendusche und Grill sind ebenfalls vorhanden.Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool – besonders nachts, wenn er beleuchtet ist. Ein Eurospin und eine Tankstelle sind mit dem Auto etwa fünf Minuten entfernt. Delfina betreibt ihre frühere Pizzeria inzwischen nicht mehr.Der einzige Nachteil für uns war die Entfernung zu den Stränden. Viele liegen 50–80 km entfernt und durch die kurvenreichen Straßen kann die Fahrt bis zu zwei Stunden dauern.Unser Tipp: unbedingt die Nekropole von Montessu besuchen! Der kleine Aufstieg lohnt sich – ein absolutes Highlight.Insgesamt können wir die Villa Pinna absolut empfehlen!!

Dieses wunderschöne und toll eingerichtete Haus in einem ruhigen Ort von Sardinien hat alles was man sich für einen tollen Urlaub wünscht. Selbst Spielzeug für Kinder jeden Alters ist vorhanden, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten absolut abschalten. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

Haben die Ruhe genossen durch die Alleinlage etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Wunderschön der Pool zum Abkühlen, der herrlich angelegte Garten, die Geräumigkeit im Haus und die mehr als perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Es war vom Pflaster für den Notfall, über den Pürierstab, Backformen etc.alles vorrätig, es fehlte wirklich an nichts und das findet man nur sehr selten.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage - perfekt zum Abschalten. Ein Auto ist praktisch, um die Umgebung flexibel zu erkunden. Besonders begeistert hat der Pool: Ein echtes Highlight für die Kinder. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern und Delfina war ausgesprochen schnell, unkompliziert und herzlich.

Geweldige vakantie

We hebben een heerlijke vakantieweek gehad. Een prachtig huis op een hele mooie plek voorzien van alle gemakken met een heel mooi zwembad. Hele goeie bedden! We komen hier zeker terug.

Traumhaftes Haus mit Pool

Wir waren insgesamt 2 Wochen in der Villa Pinna und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß, schön eingerichtet, es ist toll ausgestattet und das absolute Highlight war der Pool.Die Kommunikation hier und auch Vorort waren super und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Mooi en rustig vakantiehuis

We hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad. Mooi en gezellig ingericht huis. Enige minpunt vond ik echter niet genoeg wijnglazen voor als je met 6 bent en niet alle pannen werkten op het inductievuur.

Sejour dans la villa pinna

Nous avons passé 15 jours a 4 adultes et un bébé de 18 mois maison au top de l'espace a l'intérieur et tout les équipements nécessaires, un exterieur magnifique avec une superbe piscine et tous les soir un très beau couché de soleil sur la montagne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, les températures étais tres élevés une climatisation dans les chambres aurais été un plus, mise a part ça rien a dire je recommande. Merci à Delfina pour son gâteau.

Unglaublich schöne Traumvilla!

Es war eine so tolle Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Die Küche! Ein Traum! Der Pool! Ein Traum! Sogar kühlboxen für den Strand und Beach Ball ist vorhanden! Jede Menge Spiele… ich könnte hier unendlich viele schöne Dinge weiter aufzählen…Täglich haben wir Arschbomben Wettbewerbe gemacht. Die Lage fanden wir für uns auch perfekt. Da ist nichts. Totale Ruhe :-) von dem Örtchen kann man auch jede Menge schöne Strände erreichen. Ein Traumurlaub!!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Mit holprigen Seasonstart und schneller Fehlerbehebung durch die super sympathische Nachbarin Delfina haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa hat eine ruhige Lage und ist richtig gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man kann erahnen, dass der Garten mit seinen tollen Pflanzen in absehbarer Zukunft wunderschön aussehen wird. Um der Villa herum gibt es Restaurants und einen Supermarkt, auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Umkreis sind viele Ausflugsziele, die wir auch gut mit unserem Elektroauto erreichen konnten. Auch bei den Ladesäulen gab es keine Probleme.
