Magnifica casa sul lungomare! "WOW" e "INCREDIBILE" è ciò che dirai quando camminerai in questa BELLA casa con una vista mozzafiato sul lago. Lusso a 2 piani che vive sul lungomare. Goditi i meravigliosi tramonti dal balcone al 2 ° piano, proiettato nella veranda e in un patio! L'ambientazione perfetta per nuotare, andare in barca, jet ski, pesca e relax. Appena entri senti il calore con i mobili in massello di rovere, l'enorme isola centrale con ripiano in granito e il lavello prep in isola, i posti 10 e 4 al tavolo della cucina. Forno a doppia parete, piano cottura a gas Jenn Air in acciaio inox con 6 fuochi. camino a gas in pietra con telecomando, porte-finestre aperte sulla camera delle 3 stagioni che conduce al lago ... Aspettati di essere colpito con una vista perfetta sul lago!
4 camere da letto con TV, 2 re e 2 letti matrimoniali con materassi pillow top. Un divano letto queen-size estraibile e 2 materassi per letti queen-size disponibili. Tutta la biancheria da letto inclusa. 3 bagni con doccia e 2 con vasca idromassaggio! Asciugamani inclusi. Cucina completamente attrezzata, barbecue a gas grill.
Casa galleggiante coperta con ascensore elettrico per pontone. Scala da bagno fuori dal patio.
Questa è la nostra casa per le vacanze in famiglia, quindi dovrai lasciare i tuoi animali domestici a casa e non fumare. 2 box auto. Lavanderia. Dispensa. Internet senza fili.

Very comfortable for large family. Great place to watch the Osprey fish. We caught our share too. Quick access to the lake with no no-wake zone to go through.

Amazing stay. House is beautiful and has everything, and I mean everything you need. Anything you can think of for the kitchen it has. Will definitely stay here again. Didn’t want to leave.

Great family lake front house

What an awesome property on the water! The house was so roomy! We had 8 adults and it felt like we could have easly have more… so much space and very open. Kitchen is huge and every appliance and utensil you could imagine is available. This property was above expectations! It was great to be able to park are pontoon right in the boat house. Loved our time here and will definitely be back… Owners were great to work with, and communication was quick and informative.

Birthday weekend

We had a fabulous time at Joan’s lake house. It was beautiful and clean. Plenty of space! The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed plus some! The house was extremely clean and well cared for. We will be back!

It is a beautiful place with lots of amenities. My family loves to stay here. This is the third year in a row that we have spent a week here. Hope to do it again next year.

Bring the Family...Or Two!

I'll tell you my biggest problem first, and you'll get the point: I couldn't easily tell how to turn off the exterior speakers near the patio/firepit. That's about the worst I can say about Joan and her house. Clean, beautiful, thoroughly stocked with everything. Joan was easy to contact and a pleasure to deal with. Bring clothes, food and toiletries and I think you're done. The house can fit a large family, or even two smaller ones. We did not get a chance to, but I imagine it would be fun cooking up some kind of family feast in that kitchen. It's huge and has everything two cooks at once could use. My daughter said, "Can we just stay?" Thanks, Joan! P.S. Winner's Lakeview Market had everything we needed for our short stay. Shop local.

Amazing Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay as usual (our third time booking this property). Easy to check in and out, and a very comfortable well equipped house! We had no issues all week - we even lost power due to a tree down in the neighborhood after a storm, and the generator worked perfectly making everything seamless. We will definitely be back!

Indian Lake Paradise

Our family spent a week at this property at Indian Lake and had the most wonderful time. We usually spend a week in the summer at different locations and stay at a VRBO home. This home was superior. We do a lot of cooking while on vacation and this kitchen was so well stocked. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans and bakeware. The kitchen had plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable and the rooms all had TVs. The bathrooms were well stocked and had plenty of towels. The sunroom was so cozy and a great place for a nap. We especially enjoyed the outside space. We rented a boat from Spend a day Marina and was able to dock it right at the home. The marina was a short distance from the home. We used the fire pit every night and enjoyed being outside and making smores. George and Joan were very responsive. We had an issue with the coffee pot and they replaced it very quickly. We had a great time boating, skiing, tubing and swimming in the designated areas. We did have lunch at one of the restaurants that you could boat up to and that was fun. Thank you for opening your home to us George and Joan!

Family vacation

We've stayed at about all the rentals on the lake that support large families. This house is the most spacious with best equipped kitchen. We also liked being a quick drive from the coffee shop, rootbeer stand etc. No long idle to get out on the lake. Good swimming and nice boat lift. Caught bass, perch and catfish from the back yard. Plenty of parking. The yard is small but the most is made of it, comfortable chairs, gas fireplace, tables with umbrella ... Owners were the easiest to communicate with of our dozen or so stays at the lake.

Amazing Location & Property

We had 10-12 people and we fit great in the house. The common areas are great for hanging out and we had a blast in the water. Great access to all shops and we enjoyed everything we could around the rain showers. The house is very well stocked which was appreciated since we cooked almost all our meals. Beds were comfy and we can’t wait to come back..

Wonderful stay. Everything perfect.

Spent a week in this lovely home. Everything we needed & more. The kitchen had upgraded appliances. Relaxing screened in sun porch. Owners were very welcoming. Would definately come back.

Beautiful home on Indian Lake

We had a great week staying here and plan to return in the future! The large kitchen made cooking for a crowd easy. We enjoyed the porch and deck area, and the beds were very comfy. I would say it's one of the best houses we've stayed in.

Wonderful

The house was perfect in every way. Kitchen has every appliance you would need. Enough towels+ for everyone, we had 8 adults, 2 teens and 2 babies. The fenced yard was a plus for giving the littles a place to play. (We brought a SuperYard fence to completely block from the water) Fishing right off the dock was so convenient and we used the boat lift for the pontoon we rented from Summertime Rental. The sunsets were amazing. Any questions were answered within minutes from the owners. Very positive experience!
