Great apartment and location

This apartment was very clean and comfortable. We stayed during a heat wave and the AC worked perfectly. We had a problem finding the garage we needed but Maria waited for us the entire time until we found it. We greatly appreciated the fact that she drove over from Nerja to meet us; she was great. If you need parking be sure to tell the owner in advance.

Semana perfecta en Granada

Apartamento recomendable 100%. Con todas las comodidades para sentirte como en casa. La piscina es ideal para ir con niños. Buena ubicación, zona tranquila En cuanto a la anfitriona, da gusto encontrarse a gente tan atenta y comprensiva.

Solo puedo decir que es un alojamiento excelente, Maria Luisa la anfitriona pendiente de todos los detalles y facilidades en todas nuestras necesidades. Lo recomiendo dandole un 10 en todo, somos habituales en apartamentos y como este hay pocos con tantas comodidades y prestaciones.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet appartement.

L’appartement est situé tout près de la gare, ce qui est pratique lorsqu’on arrive en train. Nous avons été très bien accueillies. Et comme Grenade est une « petite » ville, nous étions près de tout ce que nous voulions voir à Grenade sans être logées dans un secteur excessivement « touristique ». Nous recommandons cet appartement!

Fuimos muy satisfechos por nuestra estancia en Granada en la casa de Maria Luisa. Es una casa muy acogedora, cuando estamos alli nos damos cuenta de que estaba amueblada y cuidada por una mujer que sabe lo que necesita una casa y un huésped; la cocina es muy bien equipada, tiene réalmente de todo, de todo!! es muy bien situada tambien , necesitamos algunos minutos para estar en los principales lugares de interes de la ciudad, tanto turisticos como comerciales, durante muchos dias no necesitamos cojer autobus para ir al centro turistico donde hay todas las iglesias ni a al baizin, ni para hacer la compra en el supermercado que està a algunos metros . La piscina està a algunos peldanos de la puerta del apartamento. La propietaria es una persona muy amable , atenta y hospitalaria, responde de inmediato a cualquier peticion; la verdad es que nos dio ganas de volver mas de una vez! le estamos muy agradecidos!

María Luisa fue muy maja y atenta y sus sugerencias fueron myt acertadas. El piso está en una buena zona de Granada, cerca del centro (20 minutos andando) y muy bien comunicada. El piso es adecuado, impecable, con mucho gusto, excelentes electrodomésticos y muy bien equipado. Si hace falta, el aire funciona a las mil maravillas. Además la terraza es enorme y muy agradable . Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Gracias por las atenciones!

Günstig gelegene Wohnung, sehr freundliche Vermieterin

Wir, zwei befreundete Ehepaare, verbrachten in Maria Luisas Wohnung einige wundervolle Tage. Bei der Ankunft vermittelte uns Maria Luisa einen Tiefgaragenplatz im Gebäude der Wohnung (12 Euro), sodann gab sie uns eine ausführliche Einführung in die Wohnung und erklärte uns, was es in Granada zu sehen gibt, wo man gut essen und wo man einkaufen kann (2 Supermärkte in nächster Nähe), alles und noch viel mehr nachzulesen in den sorgfältig ausgearbeiteten Gästebüchern auf Spanisch und Englisch. Abgesehen von einer Fahrt zur Alhambra haben wir alles zu Fuß erledigen können. Leider war das Wetter nicht das beste, sodass wir die schöne Terrasse nur am letzten Tag nutzen konnten. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass für die große Kaffemaschine Kaffeebohnen und für die Espressomaschine Kaffeepulver für den ganzen Aufenthalt vorhanden war. Auch für Mineralwasser sowie Milch und Plätzchen zum Frühstück war gesorgt. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

A very pleasant apartment in a good location with a great hostess

The apartment is in a larger building on one of the main streets (Avenida de la Constitucion) of Granada. It is within reasonable walking distance of the major attractions so you can leave your car in the attached parking underground (10 Euro per day). There is a convenience store nearby for food essentials. Some decent restaurants are also nearby if the weather turns. The hostess was very accommodating and went out of her way to obtain restaurants reservations, introduce us the the apartment, etc. The apartment is very spacious with an extremely large outside deck. The weather was not too cooperative so the deck did not get much use but I imagine it would be a wonderful respite at the end of day. The apartment was well-equipped and clean. Recommended.

Hemos pasado unos días ahora en marzo estupendos!! Somos una familia de cuatro y, la estancia, ha resultado muy cómoda y agradable en el piso de Mª Luisa, que es una gran anfitriona. La comunicación con ella desde el principio ha sido perfecta, nos recibió muy atenta y amable y nos proporcionó mucha información. La propiedad es fiel a las imágenes y está muy bien equipada, cuida todos los detalles. La situación resultó de fácil acceso. Nosotros también alquilamos una plaza de garaje y, una vez aparcado, ya no es necesario volver a coger el coche, pues andando o en bus se llega a todos lados, está muy bien comunicado. Sin duda, se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo!!

Somos una familia de cinco miembros que hemos sido huespedes en la propiedad durante el puente de la Inmaculada, y nuestra estancia ha sido más que satisfactoria. Maria Luisa, la propietaria, te recibe con toda la atencion y amabilidad posibles. Las características y equipamiento del piso son fieles a las que aparecen en la página del anuncio, y hacen que la estancia sea muy cómoda y acogedora. La situacion es perfecta, ya que se llega muy bien en coche, y una vez aparcado (nosotros alquilamos una plaza de garaje), no es necesario volverlo a coger si la intención es moverte por la ciudad. En resumen, un alojamiento perfecto para disfrutar de unos días de descanso con la familia visitando Granada y alrededores.

Excellent location and experience

This apartment was perfect for us as a family of 5. The balcony is huge for relaxing and the pool was fantastic and always quiet. Kids adored it. Location brilliant. Very pleasant 20 min stroll to attractions, bars and restaurants. We parked under the apartment block. Only negatives were key to outside and parking were not easy to use and finding the block originally by car. If you go to Leonardos hotel on sat nav the flat is above it. Would really recommend this property.

Bel appartement, mais environnement très bruyant

L'appartement en lui même est très bien. La propriétaire super agréable. Il est possible d'aller à l'Halambra et à l'Albaicyn en 30 mn à pied. Par contre, l'immeuble est bruyant (il y a un hôtel juste sous l'appartement). Il est indispensable de demander le parking car il est impossible de trouver des places de stationnement dans les rues.
