WATERFRONT 2 bdrm, 2bath Villa on the St.Lucie River, avail boat slip.

This Villa is fully furnished with all new furniture and stainless kitchen appliances (December 2016). Master has a view of the St. Lucie River from the glass sliding doors as well as the window. The master bath is brand new (4/2018) walk in shower, a double sink vanity and new washer/dryer. The living room is large and has an awesome view of the River as well. The kitchen is bright and has a table and plenty of cabinets. There is a Tiki Bar inside with a small fridge and separate ice maker. The community is located by a wildlife preserve which is very scenic to walk through.

Awesome little riverfront house!

This is an adorable beach-themed house in a gated community, with a view of the river. When I arrived, I found it absolutely clean and fresh, move-in ready. The house features an open layout with an authentic Tiki Bar in the family room, 2 spacious bedrooms, and a full kitchen. The master bath has a huge 2-headed stone & tile shower. (If there was a water shortage in PSL last month, I am probably responsible, because that shower is really luxurious!)

The house is decorated in pastel blue with a beach theme, with hosts of mermaids, palm trees, shells, and starfish. The tiki bar actually has a grass canopy and neon-flamed tiki torches. Everything works, and the appliances looked like they were brand-new.

The house came fully loaded with enough kitchen utensils, food, towels, and linens to easily accommodate a family of six. The bar was well stocked as well. There is covered parking for one car. You also get access to a screened community pool which appears well maintained.

Overall, this is a great place to stay, no matter what you are traveling for. (Although if traveling with young children, you should put the alcohol out of reach before moving in.)

I do want to mention that a prior review indicated a problem with sewage backing up in the parking lot, and I saw no evidence of that, despite having several rainy days during the month I stayed. Ms. Murphy assured me that the problem had been found and fixed.

I give this property my highest recommendation. I would give it 6 1/2 stars if I could. Enjoy!

Owners failed to disclose a sewer leak that went in our car port and in drive we had to walk through to get to our condo ! They were aware of this leak ! Also decking to river was all broken and unsafe they didn't disclose this to us either! So we couldn't fish from decking as we had planned to !

Owner's Response: As for the sewer leak, we didn't know anything about it until they texted me. I went directly to the association and they worked deligently to fix it. We do have septic issues that are being addressed. We are waiting for the appropiate documents from our County and the Board of Health and should be fixed by April 2018 BUT never any leakage! The dock issue - Parts of the dock had a little damage from the last hurricane BUT not broken, and can be used to fish and get to your boat without any safety issues. They should be repaired by May or June of 2018.
