About this property

Casa Les Garroferes for 20 people

The house has 6 double rooms for 12 people and 1 common room with twin beds and bunk beds for 8 people. Total capacity is 20 beds places. Our house is located in a residential area, where noise cannot be made outside. All reservations must comply with municipal noise regulations and limit music only to the interior of the house, as well as maximum noise outside at night.

The house has 1 wide and virtually open room. This room allows groups great flexibility of use. It also features 1 full kitchen plus an auxiliary kitchen with fireplace, refrigerator and microwave. Between the living room and kitchen there is also a dining room with sofas and TV enabled. The house has 2 full bathrooms with tubs and 1 bathroom without shower. We provide bedding for our customers, but not give or towels and consumables.

Outside the house has its own swimming pool 10x5 meters, with filter exclusively for customers. Also a garage enabled as play area with fireplace, pool and ping-pong. The garden has no unevenness and has an area of 2000m2.

Les Garroferes House is 10 minutes drive from Cheste circuit; 15 minutes from Valencia-Manises airport and 30 minutes drive from the beach. They also have a supermarket "CONSUM" to 3 minutes.

We offer custom transport or airport pickup.

Stayed here with a group of 17 friends. Had a great time! Communication fantastic, Josep was very helpful - especially recommeding great company Aurebus for 4x minibus trips. Villa is huge and perfect for groups. Loads of utensils e.g. fridges, pans. Pool table is awesome. This is in a quiet area - if you have a large group would suggest minibuses into Valencia (30 minutes), getting back to Villa is easy in ubers etc. Overall would recommend! Thank you.

ENCANTADOS

Para 18 personas es ideal, perfecta la sala del billar como centro de reunion. La cocina es industrial, fantastica. Eso si: Siendo tantos, hemos echado en falta algun lavabo y que funcionara el lavavajillas de la cocina de arriba, y alguna ducha con agua mas fresquita de lo deseado. Por lo demas, muy bien!!

A Brilliant Villa

We booked for a group of 10, as the value was still excellent, and we were all very impressed as soon as we arrived. It's a great looking place, lots of space, everything was really clean and there was plenty to keep us all entertained. Josep made the booking very easy for us and his partner, who met us when we arrived, was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone, you wouldn't be disappointed.

Absolutely Superb

What a brilliant property. It is so big, and so clean. The pool area is perfect for a group and the villa is in such a nice quiet area. The villa has everything. Sound system, BBQ, pool table. It was truly perfect for our group. Josep himself is an absolute gentlemen. Very helpful and professional. The price is great value for this absolute gem. Fantastic place!

Amazing rural villa in the hills of Valencia. Great space where 15 people could sit together and enjoy quality time together in many different locations in the villa. The room with the bar and pool table and kitchen is incredible. Highly recommend!

Estuvimos un grupo de amigos el ultimo fin de semana de octubre de este año (dias del 28 al 30) y la verdad es que quedamos encantados. La casa es perfecta. Amplia, bien equipada, y con un jardin muy agradable. Encima resulto que se ajustaba perfectamenta todas las habitaciones a el grupo que eramos. La limpieza tambien nos llamo la atención para bien. Desde luego para grupos grandes calidad precio perfecta. Estamos seguros que repetiremos. Y con el propietario todo fueron sujerencias y facilidades. Perfecto.

Ideal para grupos grandes

Estuvimos en Septiembre para celebrar un cumpleaños conjunto. El sitio parece hecho aposta para celebraciones al aire libre. Diferentes áreas a cubierto y descubierto, la piscina espectacular, la zona de relax es un placer y el sótano con billar, barra, cocina, sofás... Habitaciones para a aburrir con camas dobles e individuales y las zonas comunes son enormes con sofás, televisiones, neveras y todo el equipamiento necesario. El trato con el dueño fue exquisito. Ya estamos pensando en volver el año que viene. Ideal para fiestas con amigos. La zona es muy tranquila con muy pocos vecinos. Nos vemos el año que viene Josep!!

Hemos estado el fin de semana del 24 de junio y la verdad es que ha sido genial. Somos 5 parejas con dos niños cada una y hemos estado de lujo todos en la casa. Muy espaciosa, hemos podido comer todos juntos en la terraza, lo niños se lo han pasado en grande en la piscina y sobre todo durmiendo todos juntos en la habitación de arriba del todo. Seguramente repitamos la experiencia y esperamos que igual de bien que este fin de semana.

100% Recomendable!

Estuvimos los días de Semana Santa 20 personas (adultos y niños) y la verdad es que salimos encantados. La casa es muy grande y ofrece muchas posibilidades (tanto en exteriores como en las zonas interiores). Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la cocina también. Tienes todo tipo de vajilla, útiles para la barbacoa... a tu disposición. Además, Josep (el propietario) hace todo lo posible para que no te falte de nada y que los días sean estupendos. Sin duda repetiremos!!!

FIN DE SEMANA INOLVIDABLE

Hola! El fin de semana del 3 al 5 de octubre estuvimos un grupo de 12 personas en Les Garroferes. La casa es perfecta. Espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. El jardín enorme y muy cuidado. Se adapta a todas las situaciones. Nosotros llevamos nuestra mascota. También nos facilitó una cuna para un bebé. El dueño, Josep, es una persona cercana, atenta y servicial. Nos ayudó en todo lo necesario. Lo pasamos genial jugando al ping-pong y al billar. Se mezcla la sensación de tranquilidad con la posibilidad de celebrar un cumpleaños sin molestar a nadie. La zona permite hacer alguna ruta de senderismo. En conjunto, es lo que buscábamos. Ojalá repitamos en otra ocasión. Totalmente recomendable.
