About this property

100% RURAL POOL TENNIS & RELAXING COSTA BRAVA

The house consists of four double rooms, equipped with bedding: sheets, blankets, etc. and two bathrooms, with hairdryer and towels.
A large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, vitroceramic plates, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery and glassware ... a living room with fireplace and another living room at the entrance.
In the dining room there is air conditioning for the hottest days of summer.
We also have at the lower level, a multipurpose room, where they can leave their bicycles, etc. and if it is necessary to use the washing machine.
The house stands on top of granite rocks and is surrounded by several rocks and eroded rocks of different size and shape, characteristic of this region.
The pool is integrated into the environment and allows you to cool off, play sports, or relax watching the wonderful views of the Puig Neulós and the Serra de les Alberes.
In the tennis court, you will enjoy playing among yourselves and it will serve as a sports complement.

Wonderful house

We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool, and playing tennis/table tennis at the house. Amazing views from the property, which has spacious grounds and is very well equipped. Thank you Albert for being a great host - always helpful and ready to answer questions and we appreciated the generous provision of equipment and supplies.

Four adults spent a week at the estate, beautifully located in the midst of the local wine fields, completely undisturbed. The service and communication from the host, Albert, is benchmark level. It does not come any better. Pool is magnificent. Tennis court, table tennis, wifi - the estate has it all and Albert makes sure everything is working well for you. This was an extremely warm week in a heat wave, so the only thing you could dream of more is airconditioning in the bedrooms. Everything else was premium. We give our warmest recommendations

Ha sido un verdadero placer acoger a Brian y toda su familia. Han respetado en todo momento la casa, el jardín, la piscina, la pista de tenis,etc como si fuera su propia casa. Totalmente recomendables sin ninguna duda. Os esperamos pronto otra vez en el Mas d'en Sot de Capmany en l'Emporda Costa brava.

Een heerlijk, rustig gelegen, tophuis!

Mooi gelegen oud huis met zalig zwembad in de natuurlijke schaduw van de pijnbomen. Prachtig uitzicht. Het huis ligt net buiten het dorpje Capmany, waar 2 fijne restaurantjes zijn. Tranquilitat

Cap de setmana de Nadal al Mas d'en Sot en família. La casa molt confortable i amb totes les comoditats, està integrada al bosc. . Perfecte per gaudir de la tranquil·litat i el silenc. El poble està a 1 km. Visita a l’agrobotiga amb vins de tots els cellers del poble . Ruta megalítica a tocar de la casa. Visita al Castell de Requesens. Tornarem a l'estiu per gaudir de la magnífica piscina. Gràcies Albert.

Repetir experiència

Amb la colla d'amics feia temps que volíem fer una escapada i el Mas d'en Sot va ser el lloc ideal! L'Albert ens va tractar com si fóssim de la família i vam passar un cap de setmana espectacular. La casa és molt còmoda i els voltants, naturalesa pura... el lloc és molt tranquil i ofereix possibilitats d'excursions interessants, tot i que no vam sortir de la casa, ja que la piscina d'aigua salada era tot un luxe que no podíem desaprofitar, jeje!! Tots vam quedar encantats i ja estem buscant data per a repetir l'experiència. Moltes gràcies, Albert.

Magnífica casa rural al bell mig del paratge de l'Albera

Vam anar un grup d'orientadors a fer curses al costat del Castell de Requesens. Comenar que el tracte amb el propietari va ser magnífic. Es va acomodar als diferents horaris que vam anant venint. La casa està superben equipada, e inclús vam tenir l'aigua mineral gratuita. Per culpa de la tramuntana no vam poder gaudir de les pistes de tenis; per tant, vam acordar que si l'any que ve torna a haver curses reservarem la mateixa casa i l'amortitzarem més.
