Luxury 4 Bed Villa, Private Pool, Wifi, Aircon, Quiet Area, Lovely Seaside Town

Villa Failte is a beautifully presented family holiday home sleeping up to 8 people. We have been renting since 2014 and would recommend that you read through our 45+ reviews over the years to get a real feel of the experience and consistent quality that Villa Failte offers. Every year we refresh the internal painting and add something to try and enhance the Villa. This is our second home and we want you to enjoy its use as much as we do.

The Villa is set in self contained grounds with a private gated entrance and benefits from fabulous mountain views. South facing and perfect for a relaxing (or active !) family holiday whether by the pool, at the beach or taking advantage of the many cultural and sporting / outdoor activities on your doorstep.

Externally (all within fully enclosed grounds with security gates) there is a large summer kitchen with barbecue and dining furniture, good sized patio areas with garden furniture and sun loungers , a large private pool with retractable cover for security, a full sized boules pitch and ample parking for 3 vehicles.

Internally the Villa is full equipped with everything you would expect and has more than enough space for up to 8 people (see room details below). There is high speed (fibre) internet / WIFI throughout, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a ceiling fan in the living room, a fully equiped laundry room and a full sized table tennis table in the attached garage..

Villa Failte is set within a quiet residential area but is only 10 to 15 minutes walk into the centre of Argeles Village (including the train station with inexpensive trains to Perpignan, Collioure and many other destinations). Argeles Village is a traditional and charming place with local shops, boulangeries and restaurants as well as a twice weekly local market. The beautiful beaches and Argeles Port are a 45 minute walk away or 15 minutes by bike. In Summer there is also the option of train-bus from the Village Centre.

The Villa is incredibly well connected with easy access by car to all main routes to / from Argeles. Perpignan, Spain and the beautiful villages along the Cote Vermaille (such as Collioure and Banyuls) are all within easy reach.

Argeles Sur Mer is within 2.5 hours of many airports by road. These include Perpignan, Beziers, Girona, Nimes, Carcassonne, Toulouse, Montpellier and Barcelona El Prat.

External :

Dining area with table and seating for 8. Sliding door access to patio.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc. Direct access to summer kitchen.
