In a green and shaded garden, Villa Patrizia is the ideal solution for families and groups of friends looking for comfortable accommodation, with a panoramic view and a short distance from a town (Torri del Benaco) and the beach of Lake Garda.
The villa is located in a residential area, with a splendid view of the lake and a tranquil garden among local plants and olive trees.
With a short walk of a few hundred metres, you can reach a beautiful and well-equipped beach, where it is possible to immerse yourself in the azure waters of the lake. For those who do not want to venture to the lake, there is instead a lovely pool with a view (10×5 depth 0.40-1.40 m.).
Villa Patrizia was built on a sloping terrain, so from the gate one accesses the green lawn in front of the house and the portico with space for two cars. On the ground floor, from the garden, one can access an independent apartment with a double sofa bed, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
Access to the main floor of the house is via a staircase of 19 steps, which leads to a terrace of 12 x 3 metres, with a spectacular 180° view of the lake. The kitchen and living room/dining room doors open directly onto this terrace. Alternatively, from the garden level in front of the house, one can access the rear part (and pool level) of the house, where the bedrooms are located, by climbing a side garden pedestrian path.
The kitchen is quite large and fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. From the kitchen, through a door, one accesses the dining room/living room with a fireplace, which is used as a dining area and an area with sofas, including a two-seater sofa bed, complete with hi-fi stereo and satellite TV.
The living room and bedroom area are equipped with air conditioning. Both the kitchen and the living area have French doors that open onto the large front panoramic terrace. From both these rooms, through a corridor, one accesses the bedroom area, where there is the green double bedroom that shares a bathroom with a bathtub with the yellow double room (bunk beds), while the main double bedroom has a small private bathroom with a shower. The yellow room has direct access to the rear garden and pool level.
