Top level 1,108 SF 2 Bedroom 2 Bath. King, Full pullout and 2 Twin beds sleep 4. Hi Speed Wifi; Two HD Flatscreen TVs with cable plus Netflix and Prime included. Freshly painted, cathedral ceilings Solid surface tops and floors and all new furniture! Backs up to large inter coastal water and walk across the street to Vanderbilt Beach! Community has pool, grill, tennis courts (optional). Walk 2 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach and drive 10 minutes to numerous golf courses. Plenty of restaurants and best shopping and outlet malls. Short drive to Downtown Naples famous 5th Avenue! No smoking. Minimum 30 day lease. HOA management requires up to 20 days to approve application. They charge $150 per adult for background checks.
