Just 'Another Beautiful Sunset' for the Reagans and Guests! We enjoy our second home a couple months a year as an escape to paradise from snowy central New York. Today we are getting between 1.5 and 2 feet of snow!
Why Kristen Duda chose Vanderbilt Beach
We rented at SeaChase as an alternative to an extended stay at the nearby Ritz Carlton and could not get over the advantages of a spacious 1500 sf beautiful apartment versus a "well-appointed" 350 sf room. The beachfront Ritz and LaPlaya are on either side of us and a delight to visit for lunch, dinner or a drink. The world famous beachfront Turtle Club is equally close by > a few buildings away. Our pool and beachfront always has lots of space available. Total relaxation. Well over half our rentals are returning parties. We don't have "renters" ... we cater to our guests! SeaChase is the place to be on the beach for a shorter term rental. Only a few owners out of our 31 total units rent their condos.

At SeaChase, you get the same location, a beautifullly appointed apartment, 4 times the space, a full kitchen and laundry, beautiful people, at half the cost. (And you don't need to 'get dressed up' to go to the beach or pool or jockey for prime space on the beach!).

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
