The villa is 1 km from a large supermarket and 10 minutes from the town of Bédarieux where you will find all possible shops and restaurants.
Beautiful signposted nature walks start 500 m from your holiday residence, on the banks of the Orb. In addition, there are numerous mountain bike and cycling routes nearby. The nearby Lac du Salagou invites to long walks or a refreshing dip.
The famous picturesque villages of Pézenas, Roquebrun and St Guilhem Le Desert are less than an hour away and in fifteen minutes you are in the stately spa town of Lamalou-les-Bains, famous for its thirteenth-century thermal baths.
Day trips to Milau, Carcassonne, Perpignan, Toulouse, Nimes and Avignon are also possible.
A visit to one of the many winegrowers in the region is of course also essential.
