September visit to Laurens

This property was extremely well equipped, easy to use and offered a well managed pool and very pleasant environment for a family stay and get together with French friends. Sadly the holiday could have been ruined by vrbo’s incompetence in the translation of booking requirements not listed on its English pages. This meant the taking of bed linen towels and toilet paper at the last minute. I cannot praise highly enough Yvon and Myriams concern and responses to us, unlike the dreadful customer care we have subsequently received from vrbo itself. We are still pursuing that directly with the organisation. I doubt we would choose vrbo again

Susan was very understanding when I explained the problem that we had with vrbo. She kept us aware of her discussions with them. I will be clearer in my explanations with future guests to avoid this to happen again

Not what we expected

We arrived late afternoon and found the inside of the property very clean and well equipped. The outside areas were most pleasant. However, we soon discovered that there were no sheets , pillowcases or towels - not even a tea towel. Obviously we communicated with the owner who said this was normal - not in any of the 20+ villas I’ve rented in France over the years! He couldn’t help us other than to say there would be supermarkets in the area where we could buy linens. Beware other possible renters. A most upsetting start to our holiday.

I have sent a complaint to Vrbo as apparently this is not written on the English website (on which I have no access) while it is well described on the French site. Hébergement idéalement situé.La piscine est génial .la maison est propre sauf quelque ustensiles pas très net. ( Planches a découpé usées avec des traces noir )la lumière dans les chambres pourraient être amélioré , quand il fait noir dehors on n'arrive pas a distinguer ce qu'il y a dans l’armoire. ou alors il faut avoir une lampe de poche avec soi.

Fijn verblijf

Fijn verblijf,goed interieur, fijn zwembad en mooie tuin. Wat woon-werk verkeer te horen verderop,maar is net niet storend. Google maps geeft een verkeerd adres op dus we stonden eerst bij een verkeerd huis.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille

Très belle petite maison avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable moment en famille, La tranquillité du lieu, la proximité du village pour les petites courses sont des points très agréable. Petit bémol, le fait de ne rencontrer personne pour les remises de clés est un peu gênant. je recommande ce lieu pour toutes personnes souhaitant se reposer dans un endroit paisible.

Magnifique villa

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances. La villa est très bien équipée et le jardin avec la piscine est superbe..la végétation luxuriante nous procure de l ombre ce qui est bien agreable par temps chaud. La boite a clé est vraiment une procédure d arrivée très pratique..de plus le propriétaire est vraiment a l ecoute. Je recommande vivement cette location.
