CHARMING VILLA FOR 8 PEOPLE WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, MAGNIFICENT SEA VIEWS AND CLOSE TO THE PARADISIAC MORAIG BEACH.
DISTRIBUTION: This beautiful and charming villa has 2 floors connected by a beautiful interior staircase and two terraces with sea views. The villa is decorated with a careful interior design that gives the villa a modern and cosy atmosphere where soft and relaxing tones predominate. On the lower floor there is a spacious kitchen, a living room and a dining room with sea views and air conditioning, as well as beautiful wicker furniture that give the villa a Mediterranean, natural and elegant character. The living room connects to a covered terrace overlooking the sea and the garden and pool area with a beautiful outdoor table where you can enjoy pleasant lunches and dinners. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom located between these two. On the upper floor of the villa there are also two bedrooms and a bathroom, one of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other one has a large double bed. From one of the bedrooms you can enjoy good sea views as well as access to a magnificent private terrace with a sofa from which you can enjoy unbeatable sea views.
EXTERIOR: The villa is located in a 500 m2 corner plot with outstanding privacy and a nice private swimming pool with lights to swim at night. In the well-maintained garden there are sunbeds and sofas perfect to take drinks and a snack after swimming in the pool. The villa has a big private parking for up to 1 vehicle.
LOCATION: The villa is very close to the Moraig small beach recognized in a number of magazines and official rankings as one of the most paradisiac beach of the Valencia region. This small beach has a small restaurant perfect to have breakfast, lunch or even a drink after dinner. The villa is located only 5 minute far from a shopping centre with a hypermarket, shops and restaurants and at only 10 minutes distance to the charming Moraira town and its shops, restaurants and fine sand beaches.
