Some rooms were locked off, and not for use

I have not, at earlier rentals of apartments and houses experienced, that some of the rooms which I expected to use, were locked off.

Mi scusi, eravate due persone ti ho dato le due camere e l'intera villa. Mi hai detto che arrivava per tre giorni la fidanzata di tuo figlio e non ti ho fatto pagare il supplemento. Dovevi essere in villa alle ore 21.00, ti ho aspettato fino a mezzanotte e ti sono venuta a prendere. Non voglio aggiungere altro. Credo di essere stata super cordiale come lo sono con tutti. Prossima volta informati prima di prenotare sarei stata a tua completa disposizione.
