Beautiful setting in Santa Maria

Lovely "mini-villa" located on a beautiful hillside in Santa Maria, overlooking the sea and Naxos. Villa is welcoming, comfortable, well-appointed and a delight to stay for a Paros holiday. Sandy beach in walking distance. Wonderful terrace and garden with the fragrance of jasmine and honeysuckle as you relax in this tranquil setting to savour sunrises and sunsets. Loved our stay.

Dear Anna, Thank you for your feedback. The wifi in the villa is provided by Starlink, which is pretty fast and consistent for normal use. It is not ideal though, for illegal movie downloading. We got a number a number of emails about this every day during your stay, which surprisingly stopped the day you departed. Yes there can be ants in the kitchen bench if you leave food unattended. Great Rental in Perfect Location

This one bedroom with a pullout sofa in the sitting room has a great layout with a large covered outdoor terrace that overlooks the blue Aegean and the island of Naxos. This really is my favorite location in Paros just above Little Santa Maria beach with two wonderful tavernas and chaises and umbrellas to rent. The villa is nicely appointed for a stay that involves preparing meals and entertaining. Every few days housekeepers clean, change the bed and leave fresh linens. This is my first ever review only because I appreciated the villa so much.

Emplacement de choix

Très bel endroit situé dans un quartier tranquille avec belle plage à proximité, facile de se rendre à Naoussa en voiture et de se promener dans le reste de l’île. Je vais me rappeler de l’odeur des fleurs autour de la maison, envoûtant! Attention de fermer les fenêtres pour dormir parce que les moustiquaires laissent un petit jour par lequel passent les moustiques. Merci pour le séjour!

Jolie maison, qui dispose de tout le nécessaire. Terrasse, jardin et vue très appréciés. Calme, proche de la plage de Santa Maria à pieds. Hôtes disponibles et arrangeants. C'était parfait !

Top location .

The Villa is in one of the niceast area of the island. Walking distance from a very nice beach with ombrellas. The host very kind and easy communication.

La casa è perfetta : è in posizione panoramica, arredata in modo essenziale. Fantastica la veranda

Tehogaris è una persona molto organizzata: ci ha inviato via mail le indicazioni stradali per raggiungere la casa ed il "regolamento" della casa. Inoltre i suoi collaboratori sono sempre disponibili e molto reattivo per qualsiasi necessità.

Trés bien

Le descriptif de l'annonce correspond parfaitement à la réalité. Cette villa est confortable avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La literie est de bonne qualité. Il y a une très belle terrasse équipée avec superbe vue sur Naxos. L'endroit est calme et reposant. Seulement à 10mn en voiture de Naoussa. Nous y avons séjourné pendant 7 jours. Paros est une très jolie île ou nous avons fait de très belles randonnées. Je recommande cette maison. Merci à Theoharis pour ses réponses très rapides et merci également à Ritsa pour l'accueil.

Rien à redire à cette location, la description est vraiment fidèle, la situation sur l'île est pour nous idéale, car cette péninsule de l'île est magnifique. A noter particulièrement l'accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, qui était présent dans l'une des 4 villas de Kallisti pour ses propres vacances. Une attention délicate, une bouteille de vin blanc local (Moraitis) dans le frigo à notre arrivée. La maison est située au calme (vraiment calme!), à 300m de la plage accessible à pied, sur une butte qui offre ainsi de la terrasse un superbe panorama ! Cette terrasse est grande, très agréable, avec une pergola efficace. Les 4 maisons sont agencées les unes par rapport aux autres de façon intelligente, de telle sorte qu'il n'y a pas de gêne entre chaque locataires. Le ménage est fait une fois par semaine. La plage la plus proche, mikkri santa, est divisée en deux parties: celle sur la gauche est plus fréquentée car on peut y louer des transats et parasols. Nous préférions celle de droite, car justement bien moins fréquentée, plus calme, plus de place (aucun problème pour les jeux de raquettes par exemple). Quoiqu'il en soit, ces plages sont très sympa, la cote est très jolie dans ce coin de l'île. Indispensable, prévoir un moyen de locomotion (scooter, quad ou voiture), pour que le séjour soit parfait. Un seul bémol: une machine à laver dans la maison serait bienvenue (mais il y a une laverie à Naoussa). On y reviendra avec grand plaisir, et on recommandera volontiers cette adresse à nos amis !

2ème année de suite dans ...

2ème année de suite dans cette petite maison toujours aussi agréable et impeccable. Le propriétaire et son équipe sont toujours aussi gentils. Tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi. Un moyen de locomotion est indispensable pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de son séjour sinon possibilité de profiter du réseau des "bus des plages". Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus !

"Petite maison charmante avec tout le confort nécessaire pour apprécier Paros. La jolie plage de Santa Maria est accessible à pied sans problème. Nous avons notamment apprécié la décoration et le calme de la maison. La terrasse couverte, équipée d''un barbecue, est très très agréable. Nous gardons un super souvenir des lieux et, si nous devions retourner à Paros, nous relouerions avec plaisir ici! Seul point à noter par contre : la voiture est indispensable."

"La maison est charmante et décorée avec gout,nous nous y sommes sentis chez nous dès le 1er jour.Le propriétaire est très prévenant, nous avions une bouteille de rosé au frigo pour notre arrivé.Idéalement situé: proche de différentes plage et de NOuassa, ce coté de l''île est magnifique,calme et animé non loin.Ce lieu est idéal pour une semaine et plus entre amis et famille, chacun trouvera des occupations à son goût.La vue de la maison est surprenante et apaisante:installé sur la terrasse , il y a la mer à gauche et à droite!"
