Great Property

We had two weeks at the villa in August. Fantastic property, located in a beautiful setting. Great amenities on site as well (although the local recycling company could come and pick up the trash more often). We didn't hire a car, but got Uber everywhere and that worked out probably cheaper and more convenient than hiring a car. Luis is a great host and provided some great suggestions for things to do and places to see. Only negative feedback is that the beds are very hard and the pillows are quite lumpy, so the owners could do with upgrading ahead of next season as sleep was a bit disturbed.

The host was exceptional—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the excellent level of hospitality.Unfortunately, the property itself was quite dated and would benefit from some renovation and maintenance. In particular, some of the bedroom cupboards were unusable because of a very strong damp smell. One of the bedrooms also had visible mould, and the smell of damp in that room was particularly strong and, at times, unbearable.It was disappointing because the host was genuinely excellent, but the condition of parts of the property significantly affected our experience. Addressing the damp, mould, and affected cupboards would make a considerable difference and help bring the property up to the standard we would expect.

We want to be completely straight with you: you were 100% right to call out the damp smell and the mould. That’s nowhere near the standard we want to set, and we are really sorry you had to deal with that during your stay. We are taking care of this completely. We will have a team coming in to treat the mould properly, deep clean the cupboards, and sort out the ventilation so this is permanently fixed. Thank you for being so honest and gracious, we really appreciate it. If you’re ever back in the area, please reach out. Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison et tout c'est bien passé. Maison et jardin bien entretenus et fonctionnelles. Vue agréable sur un lac (Pas de moustiques) Très grande disponibilité et réactivité de Luis (Agent Immobilier) merci. Je recommande cette location.

Une villa, une résidence et une région au top !

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans cette villa en Août avec nos 3 enfants (16, 12 et 6 ans). La maison est magnifique, la piscine avec vue sur le petit lac sont à tomber. A l’entrée de la résidence beaucoup de services proposés nous ont été très utiles (épicerie, presse, pharmacie, restaurant) Les plages sont nombreuses et superbes .. Rien à redire, nous avons passé des vacances parfaites 🤩 👌🏻 Encore 1000 mercis à Luis pour son accueil, ses conseils, sa gentillesse ! Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr !
