Large house near beach. 10 beds, 3 bathrooms. Lovely enclosed garden.

The house easily accommodates 10 people and is divided into 4 large bedrooms (2 of which have en-suite bathrooms (shower, toilet and basin). There is also an additional large family bathroom (shower, bath, toilet and basin). The large living area contains WiFi, satellite TV, BluRay, DVD, CD, comfortable sofas and a dining table for 10 people.
The modern, open plan kitchen has electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all you will need to cook comfortably.
The large garden overlooks the forest and great for families. There is a decking area and outdoor tables, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue. It is enclosed so pet friendly.
Montalivet-Les-Bains village centre with its famous market, shops and restaurants is a short distance along one of the many cycle paths / footpaths on the edge of the forest.
The sandy beach is an easy walk along a footpath.

Wunderbare 14 Tage in Vensac

Wir haben die 14 Tage mit 10 Personen und 3 Hunden in Vensac genossen. Das Haus ist nahe gelegen zum Strand. Es war alles vorhanden, was aufgefĂŒhrt war. Manche Dinge waren nicht einmal in der Beschreibung enthalten. Der einzige Nachteil waren die Hocker im Eßbereich. Hier hĂ€tten wir uns StĂŒhle mit Lehne gewĂŒnscht. Auch der schöne Markt war fußlĂ€ufig gut zu erreichen. Wir können uns vorstellen, dieses Haus noch einmal zu mieten. Viel Lob an den Vermieter. Gruß Reinhard Heinze

Tolle ruhige Lage, nah am Strand, großes Haus

Wir waren zwei Familien. 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kindern plus ein Hund. Wir hatten viel Platz und haben den Garten, die Terrasse und den offenen Wohnbereich sehr genossen! Perfekt war die nÀhe zum Strand so konnten wir das Auto stehen lassen. Der tÀgliche Markt in Montavilet war richtig schön! Alles in allem volle Punktzahl! Vielen Dank!

Ein wirklich großartiges Haus, seh komfortabel, KĂŒche sehrgut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und brauchen könnte, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, praktisch. Schönes gerÀumiges Haus in StrandnÀhe.

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist besser ausgestattet als angegeben. Auf der Terrasse gibt es nicht nur Hocker, sondern auch normale StĂŒhle mit Lehne. Außerdem sind ein GeschirrspĂŒler, eine Waschmaschine und eine Trockner vorhanden. Vielen Dank an Patrick.

Das Haus, der Garten, die Einrichtung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt dort wirklich nichts. Und fĂŒr unsere beiden Hunde ebenfalls super. Die Strand- und StadtnĂ€he ist klasse. Da wir immer RĂ€der dabei haben, ist dieses fĂŒr uns perfekt.

Traumhaus am Atlantikstrand

Wir haben zwei Wochen mit Freunden hier verbracht. Das Haus mit großer Terrasse und Außengrill ist sehr gut geschnitten. Es gibt einen großen Wohnbereich mit offener KĂŒche. Alles ist sehr funktionell und man fĂŒhlt sich sofort wohl. Die drei Badezimmer waren top. Auch an warmen Tagen bleibt das Haus angenehm kĂŒhl. Wir hatten FahrrĂ€der geliehen und konnten so in wenigen Minuten entlang am Pinienwald zum Strand oder nach Montalivet rollen - der tĂ€gliche Markt ist ein Muß. Das Klima ist absolut angenehm. Der nahe Ozean trĂ€gt sehr zur Erholung bei. AusflĂŒge nach Soulac-sur-Mer mit Kathedrale, zu den Seen von Carcans, zur DĂŒne Pyla, Arcachon, nach Bordeaux oder den ChĂąteaux (z. B. „ChĂąteau La Tour de By“ tĂ€glich geöffnet) runden das Urlaubserlebnis ab. Montalivet ist ein hĂŒbscher Ort in flacher BĂ€derarchitektur. Es gibt viele Restaurants (La Part des Anges ist sehr zu empfehlen) und kleine GeschĂ€fte zum Stöbern sowie einen Sparmarkt. Im nahen Umkreis sind Lidl, Aldi und Carrefour zu erreichen. Wer Tennis mag, kann sich z. B. im „Le Gurp“ Richtung Soulac einen Platz mieten. Alles in allem eine Topadresse. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit dem HauseigentĂŒmer war sehr angenehm - vielen Dank an Patrick.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus.

Das Haus liegt in der NĂ€he zum Strand, den man zu Fuss gut erreichen kann. Und auch den Markt in Montalivet haben wir tĂ€glich zu Fuss besucht. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist modern und auch fĂŒr 10 Personen ausreichend, es fehlte an nichts. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, so dass wir gerne gekocht haben. Einziger Minuspunkt waren die Stockbetten, da sie keinen Lattenrost hatten und wir die Matratzen auf den Boden legen mussten.

Haus fĂŒr 2 Familien - sehr schön und in StrandnĂ€he

Wir waren fĂŒr 2 Wochen fĂŒr einen reinen Sport- und Strandurlaub in Vensac. Das Haus ist neu, sauber, schön eingerichtet und ideal fĂŒr 2 Familien, mit einem großen Gemeinschaftsbereich. Der fußnah gelegene Strand - besser sind FahrrĂ€der - ist sauber, weitlĂ€ufig und nie ĂŒberfĂŒllt. Vensac ist genau wie Montalivet ein reiner Badeort, jedoch schön angelegt und mit angenehmem Publikum. Einkaufen muss man im nahegelegenen Montalivet les bains, auch hierfĂŒr sind FahrrĂ€der praktisch. Der Markt ist tĂ€glich und bietet eine riesige Auswahl an frischen und qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine trĂšs agrĂ©able dans un gite spacieux, extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ©. Rien Ă  redire, allez, nous suggĂ©rons des chaises longues pour encore plus de plaisir Ă  l'extĂ©rieur qui sera encore plus agrĂ©able dans quelques annĂ©es quand les vĂ©gĂ©taux auront pris du volume et de la hauteur. Mais dĂšs Ă  prĂ©sent le grand jardin est agrĂ©able, conçu avec goĂ»t. Nous avions des vĂ©los, ce que je conseille car la rĂ©gion est propice Ă  la circulation cycliste et peut-ĂȘtre qu'un "gare-vĂ©los" Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du jardin serait aussi un plus! Nous conseillons vivement ce gĂźte!

Nous avons passé une agréable moment en famille. La maison offre la possibilité de passer de bon moment ensemble tout en conservant l'indépendance de chacun grùce aux chambres avec salles de bain. Chacun à également beaucoup apprécié le jardin avec du sable pour jouer pour les enfants, un grand espace pour nos chiens et de l'ombre pour les adultes qui souhaitent se reposer. L'océan est accessible à pied ou en vélo en quelques minutes ce qui est trÚs appréciable Merci.

Superbe séjour

Nous venons de passer un séjour en famille d'une semaine, et nous avons été agréablement surpris de tous les différents équipements que réserve cette maison. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour ce sentir comme à la maison. Une location propre, saine, spacieuse, et superbe extérieur avec une immense terrasse en bois, ou nous avons passé de bons moments. Grandes chambres, belles salles de bain, et agréable à vivre. A 2 pas de la plage. Je l'a recommande vivement.

We wanted a house that was large and modern, but still felt cosy. We wanted to have enough space for 2 families to stay together but retain some privacy.
