Villa Caretta está amueblada con todas las comodidades modernas y cuenta con un fuerte wifi en todas las plantas. Pueden dormir hasta 8 personas en camas.

Todas las ventanas tienen doble acristalamiento, tienen una película unidireccional para que el interior no se pueda ver desde el exterior a plena luz del día y tienen mosquiteras de malla.

Estacionamiento para 5 autos, 3 bajo cubierta de pérgola. La piscina en medio de un jardín con césped da a un valle al este y al sur y es totalmente privada; Las tres villas vecinas están actualmente desocupadas y, en cualquier caso, no tienen una vista directa del área de la piscina de Villa Careta.

Con un espectacular telón de fondo de los cinco dedos montados al sur, Villa Careta está en lo alto de una colina, con vistas a la playa de tortugas Alagadi al norte, famosa por ser el hogar de las tortugas Carreta Careta. Reconocida como una de las mejores playas de arena de Chipre, el tramo de 3 km de PUBLIC (¡sin cargo!). La playa de Alagadi está a menos de 1,6 km o 15 minutos a pie. Hacia el oeste, después del Elexus de 5 estrellas (3 km), donde puede divertirse todo el día en un entorno de lujo con hermosas playas, terrazas, muchas piscinas y parque acuático. Más al este se encuentra Acapulco Hotels (6 km) con su famosa playa de arena larga. Al este, el complejo de golf Korineum está a 6 km, o 6 minutos en coche. La playa con césped del Korineum Hotel también es una joya poco conocida con todas las instalaciones que se esperan de un propietario de un campo de golf y está abierta a los forasteros.
Más al este atrae la reserva natural de la península de Karpaz ("panhandle").

Hay pequeñas tiendas de comestibles a 1 km al este y 2 km al oeste y 3 restaurantes en la playa de Alagadi, que sirven pescado todos los días.

Superb location of Villa, nice quiet area with excellent road access. Spacious, clean and comfortable. All amenities in good working order. Host was very helpful and excellent communications. You could just sit on the veranda or by the pool all day absorbing the beautiful mountain and sea views. Swimming pool was also very clean.

First Family villa holiday

Highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a beautiful villa with a spectacular view in a central location. Wonderful Holiday

This was our eighth stay in Northern Cyprus and we loved the spacious villa, the pool was big enough for six adults, the garden is well maintained and the views to the mountains and sea were lovely. It was good to have restaurants nearby and the bonus of the beach just 5 mins away by car if anyone fancies doing some snorkelling. The host was excellent and very attentive and any questions we had were answered straightaway. The host popped in a couple of times to make sure everything was good. Would highly recommend Villa Caretta. Thanks Sel

Beautiful house in a fantastic location

We stayed here for 12 nights and had the best time! The house large, spacious with full A/C and a great layout The pool, although chilly due to the time of year that we visited was amazing and perfect for afternoon swims The garden got sun throughout the day whether it was for coffee in the morning or laying on the loungers throughout the day The local cats were great company for the children Sel has been super helpful all throughout the process whether it was answering questions about the house, organising transportation from Larnaca and a hire car delivered to our house. His communication was superb We will definitely be back

Beautiful property in a beautiful location with a helpful host!

Great family home in a stunning location which was the perfect backdrop for a memorable holiday for my sisters, parents, wife, kids and I. Sel greeted us shortly after we arrived to show us around and gave us a lot of useful local information. He was quick to respond and resolve any queries we had. The only slight hiccup was that the floors downstairs werent mopped properly which we discovered after my neice crawled about on them. We informed Sel about this whislt checking out and he assured us this will be rectified in the future. We will definitely be back!

Stunning villa

If you are looking to stay in a villa in northern cyprus this is the one. The villa is stunning and spacious, over looking some beautiful views. Everything from the comfy beds to perfect outside furniture, just could not be faulted in any way. Great communcations with the host. Instant replies and arranged all airport transfers and hire car, we didnt have to stress about anything. A car is however essential here as no shops etc within walking distance. If we are lucky enough to return to northern cyprus we will defo be booking this villa again. Thank you sel

Excellent property with wonderful views

The property had everything we needed to have a wonderful, relaxing and comfortable stay. The pool is big enough for kids to play and the less strenuous of the party to float around in. The covered seating & BBQ area is perfect for a shaded time but close enough to the pool to see what was going on at all times. The beds are very comfortable and clean linen was provided at the midpoint of our stay. The owner visited and was very pleasant and helpful, giving us some good tips for things to do and places to visit along with restaurant recommendations. The property is a little out of the way but there is a petrol station selling the basics nearby and the main supermarket is only a 10 minute drive away. We had a wonderful time at the villa and will likely return for our next visit.

Wonderful Holiday

Great experience from the booking process onwards. Superb communication, tips and support from Sel, who was so accommodating. Transfers and hire car were organised for us; everything ran very smoothly. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay: great showers, very well equipped kitchen and air con. The garden is wonderful with a good sized pool and a beautiful sea view from your lounger. Sel has left a handy guide book with recommendations for local restaurants, beaches etc - none of them disappointed. We loved Denizkizi beach, great for swimming/snorkelling and very safe for the children; the sea was lovely and warm. We also used the facilities at the nearby Elexus hotel, which has a water park and private beach at a reasonable price. The local people are so friendly, we ate in restaurants most evenings as the food was great at an even better price. You definitely need a car, but Sel is very helpful in arranging this. Overall an amazing holiday. We would love to come back.

Beautiful villia with amazing views!

Just returned home from a beautiful holiday, Where Me, my mum and my Nan stayed in sel’s brand new villia! The villia itself is modern and has everything you need on a daily basis! My personal choice for when I look to book a villia would be - Amazing aircon units - A comfortable bed - Clean/New villia - The view And at this villia I had all of them! So I would absolutely return again! Large outdoor space with bbq was brilliant, very quiet location, 5 minutes to the beach and only a 8 minute drive to the main strip of shops and supermarkets! Sel the owner of the villa was extremely helpful! If we ever needed anything he was not far away! Sel is a lovely guy and likes to please people therefore this made our holiday easier! So to sum up our holiday we give the villia 5 stars and will definitely be returning back again, Thank you Sel for making our stay the best it could have been!! ☀️ 😊☀️ Brooke, Sammy, Diane

Great time!

Just returned from 10 nights at villa Caretta and overall it was a fantastic stay. We had 3 adults and 3 children aged 3, 8 & 11. Firstly the communication with the owner was very good before and during our stay. He was very helpful with organising a taxi for us from Larnaca following an issue with our hire car booking. We had a few small issues during our stay but the owner was always quick to help. A couple of days before returning home we lost all water which was a pain but again the owner was responsive and the water returned within 14 hours. The villa itself is great, very private, a really good size and the views out to the sea and mountains are fantastic. The pool and gardens are beautiful too. The villa is very well equipped with top of the range appliances, nice kitchen and bathrooms. The air con is absolutely amazing too and much needed in the 40 degree heat we had. The only thing that lets the villa down is its location. You cannot walk safely to any shops or restaurants due to the busy main road at the bottom of the hill so a car is a must. The immediate area is a little run down too with a few derelict villas. It’s also very close to a huge industrial power plant which again spoils the area. Once you are inside the gates of the villa though it’s faultless and certainly one of the best villas we’ve stayed in. Overall we had a great time and will be recommending the villa to our friends and family.

Stunning and tranquil location.

Where do I start? The villa is ideally situated on a hill with beautiful vistas of the coast of northern Cyrpus. You have the best of both worlds - you're not too far from Kyrenia and the harbour and shops etc, but you're also close to some beautiful beaches and local restaurants too. You definitely need a car to get around the local area. We stayed at the villa for a month with two children (age 12) and so having a car was essential. Dr Sel and his nephew helped to organise car hire for us which was ideal. A day or so after we arrived, the car rental company arrived and all was smooth. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen has what you need and a big dining table. We ate out a lot at local spots which were all within a 15 minute drive of the villa. One was a 60 second ride away! The villa is also a 5 minute drive from two upmarket hotels which have brilliant water parks , including swimming pools, loungers, and restaurants. For days when you want to take it easy, the villa is lush. The swimming pool is warm all day and was cleaned twice a week. The garden is a lovely size and was maintained once a week by a friendly gardener. There were 5 sunbeds when we were there. I'd recommend that the cushions on some are replaced but other than that they do the job. I'd highly recommend sitting on the central balcony and watching the sun set over Alagadi beach. Just mesmerising. I'd also recommend going to Alagadi beach - my tip is to head to the side of the beach with the restaurant and main big road sign that says Alagadi Beach. That's a terrific spot. It's a free beach so you don't get sunbeds etc but we went there late afternoon, and spent most our time in the clear water. Water and electricity are both in short supply but during our month long stay we never ran out of water and there was only one power outage that lasted no longer than 20 mins. Dr Sel is a very accommodating host. He went above and beyond in his communication and when we needed a couple of things ironing out, he was on it straight away. We couldn't have asked for a better host. It made a big difference knowing we had someone we could rely on. Enjoy your stay because we're already missing it.
