Villa Caretta is furnished with all mod cons and has strong wi-fi on all floors. Can sleep up to 9 people in beds, plus 1 person on 1m x 2m comfortable sofa bed.

All windows are double glazed, have one-way film so that the interior can not be seen from outside in broad daylight and have mesh fly-screens.

Parking for 5 cars, 3 under pergola cover. The swimming pool in the middle of a lawned garden faces a valley to the east and to the south and is totally private; the three neighboring villas are currently unoccupied and in any case have no direct view of Villa Caretta's swimming pool area.

With a spectacular backdrop of the five-fingers mount itself to the south, Villa Careta is up on a hilltop, overlooking the Alagadi Turtle Beach to the North, famous for being home to the Carreta Careta turtles. Renowned as being one of the best sandy beaches in Cyprus, the 3 km stretch of the PUBLIC (no charge!). Alagadi Beach is less than a mile, or 15 minutes' walk away. To the west, after the 5-star Elexus (3 km), where you can have all day fun with in a luxury environment with lovely beaches, pier decks, many swimming pools, and aqua park. Further east is Acapulco Hotels (6 km) with its famous long sandy beach. To the east the Korineum Golf resort is 6 km, or 6 minutes drive away. The lawned beach of Korineum Hotel is also a little known gem with all the facilities expected from a Golf course ownership and is open to outsiders.
Further east beckons the nature reserve of Karpaz ("panhandle") peninsula.

There is a large grocery store (Tarsan) 1.5 km to the east, where all fresh products are from their own organic farm (no alcohol). Tarsan provides home delivery too. There is another small grocery shop 2 km to west, next to Elexus hotel, with full range of alcoholic beverages. Tarsan provides a home delivery service (and may pop to the liqour store for you too!).

There are 3 restaurants in Alagadi village 1,5 km away, serving various kebabs and fresh fish daily.

Kyrenia town center is 16 km away, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants along the way.
