This property offers unblock-able Lake-Views of majestic Lake Powell. Relax in the evening on the top deck overlooking Lake Powell. Only minutes away from Wahweap Marina and Lone Rock Beach. Both areas are perfect for water sport enthusiasts or relaxing on a beautiful beach. This 3 bedroom 2 bath split level house offers the ideal setting for a relaxing family vacation. We are located in the 'Grand Circle.' Major attractions include the famous Slotted Canyon, the majestic Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Monument Valley, the Grand Staircase, Lee's Ferry, Glen Canyon Dam, and many more all located within a 100 mile radius or less. The views from this home provide indescribable beauty.

The entrance to this split level home is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via stairs only. The lower level of the home is non-accessible to guests. This comfortable home comes completely furnished with a full kitchen and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed and the bathroom includes a glass shower and a separate over-sized tub, The other two guest rooms are furnished with a queen size bed. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper that will accommodate additional guests.

Girlfriends trip to Page

Wonderful location with beautiful views. Spacious house with many kitchen supplies that made our stay much more comfortable. Managers were very helpful.

Great stay / beautiful view

We had an awesome time staying at this place. Beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to the lake. We were on the water in 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Peaceful

The check in process was pretty easy. The owner met us at the home prior to giving us the keys. Showed us around and went over the rules. Our stay was great! The rooms are spacious. The downstairs was closed off, as this is where the owners live when they are not renting the property out. Very friendly and helpful. Short drive to the Lake Powell beach and marina. We brought our ATV's and were able to ride to the trails and the beach along side the highway. Will be coming back!!

Lake Powell Getaway

The view is spectacular! I really liked the large bedrooms. This place had easy access to a gas station for filling up our boat. And only ten minutes to State Line launch ramp. The house is very clean, and the host is very responsive.

Good communication with manager, beautiful view, but some things need attention

I'm not sure if it is made known in the description of the property, but you are only renting the upstairs portion of the house. No one was downstairs while we were there, but still I did not realize that. Not a big deal. Was just a little alarming when we got there in the downstairs was blocked off yet we were not permitted there. You should bring extra bath towels as there are only a few so we did laundry throughout the week while we were there. Some things are very nice and comfy, and some things just need to be thrown away like several old pillows (including one with a blood stain), chairs with holes in them, and the very old fold-out couch that is supposed to sleep two. I don't know who could sleep on that thing so we just had our son sleep on the couch. The internet connection is very poor in that area so we were not able to use the TV for anything other than local channels. So we didn't use the TV the whole time we were there. Stairs outside up to the house and the deck seemed a little unsafe and old to us and should probably be replaced. Overall it was fine and I don't want to leave a bad review, But I just think people should know about some of these things. The pictures of course make everything look better.

Lake Powell's mesmerizing vista, showcased from this property, is a spectacular sight in its own right. A true spectacle of natural beauty, perfect for leisurely enjoyment. Ideally situated near Page, AZ, this location serves as an excellent base for exploring renowned natural wonders such as the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Zion, Bryce Canyon, and many others. Although only the top floor of this wonderfully maintained house is available for rental, it should not deter you from booking. Consider it more like a heightened ranch house, providing an enhanced view of the surroundings. Hospitality is delivered to the highest standard. The attentive owner goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is truly memorable, with complimentary snacks that are a delightful treat for both kids and adults alike. The only downside - you may find yourself not wanting to leave. With so much to explore and experience in the vicinity, you might wish you'd booked an extended stay.

Slice of Paradise

This property is amazing. The view from the back patio is perfect. During the day you have mesa’s to appreciate, and at night the sky comes alive for amazing star gazing. The house is rural enough for peace and quiet, but close enough to Page that there’s plenty to do and see during the day. The home itself is luxurious and very well kept. The host truly lives up to the title super host. My family and I will definitely be returning to this property!!

Great stay

This property while away from the hustle and bustle of the town was within minutes of a marina and beach area, maybe ten minutes from Page and about 30 minutes from another marina. Close to several hiking opportunities. Very comfortable accommodations. Three toddler grandkids and six adults, plenty of room for adults to hang out while kids played. Would do it again. 5 stars.

Great location

This house is perfectly situated to do all the big national parks. In addition, there is a lot to do in Page itself. It’s clean and comfortable. All basic supplies such as dish soap, laundry detergent, etc were provided. Beautiful views. The owner was great and responsive. The only downside is that anywhere Page doesn’t get great internet/cell phone coverage. It’s not great for a working vacation, but enough internet to do basic tasks. Overall, the house was spectacular. Better than the pictures.

Great location for Lake Powell

Spent 4 days boating on Lake Powell location is excellent and property is great. Easily enough room for me and my 3 kids. Would recommend.

Great view

This home met all our needs for a Lake Powell getaway with family. It was very clean and snacks were left for us to eat. We had some problems with the air conditioner freezing up and not cooling properly but Mike responded and fixed it quickly.

Ideal Location, Slightly Aged

The property was very clean but it was aged and could use some updating. The description didn’t say anything about a washer/dryer or a bbq. But after reaching out to the owner we found out that those were available which was very convenient. Also we didn’t know that it only slept 8 on real beds (and a pullout) and that you would get charged for each additional individual above 8. We searched for a house that slept 10 and this said it accommodated that many, we didn’t realize that 2 would have to sleep on air mattresses (which are also available on the property) and that it costed extra for those 2 people until after we already paid and read the breakdown of the bill. It’s too bad because we rented for a week but only had 10 people stay there for 2 days and only had the 8 for the remainder of the week... wasn’t worth the hassle of asking for a refund for the extra people that we had paid for for those remaining days. All in all it was a good experience and the location was great.

Great location. Very friendly owner!

Michael got us in an hour early. Home was very clean and in a great location. About 5 minutes from the State Line Boat Launch and three minutes to a gas station for refuel. Wonderful night sky and a nice view of Lone Rock. We would definitely stay again

I was disappointed in the property. The stairs and deck were worn and with little feet got slivers. The kitchen cupboards were not organized or clean. It had a great view and we still had a wonderful time.

Fantastic rental! Super close to Lone Rock Beach

Our vacation was made effortless with this rental. Clean, fantastic view, and had everything we needed. Super easy check in and out. We were in and out of the Lake and this was the perfect base camp for all of our activities. Would definitely rent this house again!
