The apartment have two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with bath tub, shower, toilet and bidé. The bedroom have a queen-size bed, built in wardrobe and two French balcony doors. The other bedroom have two single bed, built in wardrobe and a French balcony door. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and two spacious armchairs, a dining table for four, a Smart-TV with DVD, Chromecast and WiFi. Entrance to the big balcony with furnishing for four and a view over two of the community pool areas and the “landmark” the bridge to Portugal, evening sun to sunset at 9pm. The kitchen are fully equipped with utensils you need for a breakfast, lunch or a cosy home dinner evening, balcony entrance even from the kitchen. The hallway have entrance to the second bathroom with shower and toilet.
The balcony stairway bring you to the big private sun terrace (50sqm) with four sun loungers with individual table for the drink, the book or your iPad. You will find a small coffee table with two chairs as well, on the patio. The deck is covered with artificial gras, which makes a fresh feeling.
The apartment have washer, dishwasher, microwave, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine and a toaster in addition to stove and a fridge-freezer. AC is a must in summer time, or for heating in off seasons, the apartment offer both solutions.

15 minutes by car to the lovely Algarve southern coast with beaches like Altura, Cabeço, or our favorite Praya Verde. A little further you will find your “Paradise” at Fábrica, an island with white sand and the sea as far you can see.
For shopping you have Ayamonte 5 min car ride away. The nearest village in Spain. Here you’ll find everything you need, from post office and police to night clubs and restaurants. Nice, unique stores and small cafés offering the tastiest dishes with origin from Spain.
Huelva is only 40 minutes away, and Sevilla an hour, if you are looking for a big city adventure.
Faro airport would be the closest airport, only 50 min away.
On the way to Faro you’ll pass Tavira, a beautiful old city in Portugal. You will even pass through Loulè where you find a new shopping area.
