Perfect home away from home

Lovely apartment just 20 mins walk to the beach

A very relaxing stay for a month at Hacienda golf, the property had everything we needed. Great outdoor spaces, patio/dining off the lounge area and a full roof top terrace for sunshine & star-gazing.The owners were very helpful and gave lots of recommendations for restaurants and help when we needed it. A short walk down into Islantilla, beaches are amazing, great food & Ayamonte just a 25 min taxi ride for a great day out and ferry trip across the river to Portugal.Highly recommended

Lovely apartment

Lovely well equipped comfortable apartment. Beautiful grounds in a gated complex. Good communication with Roberto and Ana and a warm welcome from Mari Carmen and Pepe. Easy walk to beach and amenities. Great roof terrace and balcony overlooking pool. Would recommend this apartment.

A wonderfully relaxing holiday in a fantastic property

My partner, her two teenage girls and I stayed at this wonderful property for 9 nights and loved every minute. The property was perfectly fitted out with all mod cons in the kitchen and space and seating for sun tanning on the upper terrace or relaxing on the balcony. Roberto was a fantastic host who communicated via WhatsApp to help clarify details and cross the language barrier. We spent most of our time at the apartment, but also drove / ran / walked to the beach & shops which were very close by. We would definitely stay here again. Parking in the underground garage kept our car cool and safe. Thanks again Roberto!

Perfect

We stayed at the apartment for 33 nights. It had everything that we needed. It was extremely well equipped for plates, pans, paella tin, tupperwares etc. thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and sun terrace on the roof. The location of the apartment was perfect for us and anyone else who wants to play golf and enjoy the beach. On the odd occasion there was a problem, just one of the electronic gates to the complex didn’t work, Roberto is extremely quick to respond and sort out the problem. In fact Roberto and Mari Carmen, who meets you at the property, were excellent in being helpful and available should you need them. I can highly recommend the property and the owner to anyone wanting to stay.

Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben alles super, Tiefgarage war auch gut , Klimaanlage hat wunderbar gearbeitet und Bei Problemen war der Gastgeber immer gut zu erreichen und schaffte immer schnelle Abhilfe.....Ab Mitte September ist dort aber nicht mehr viel los man muss schon runter zum Strand fahren dort haben die meisten Geschäfte geöffnet.

Como en casa

El apartamento está genial, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas agradables vacaciones, muy bien equipado y la relación calidad precio muy muy buena, si se le puede poner un pero es el tema de las toallas y la ropa de cama que no está incluida y para las personas que viajan en avión como era el caso de nuestros amigos les condiciono mucho el equipaje. El propietario es encantador, estuvo pendiente durante toda la estancia por si surgia algún problema o necesidad que pudiésemos tener. Sin duda un sitio para volver y recomendar. En la época en la que viajamos nosotros, fuera de fechas, es un lugar ideal para descansar, sin colas, buen tiempo, que más se puede pedir.

Excelente alojamiento

Hemos estado muy cómodos en este alojamiento . El apartamento está totalmente equipado, los propietarios muy atentos y el personal que nos atendió en el destino muy amables y eficaces . JUIN 2022 Hacienda golf

je viens de passer quelques jours a la "Hacienda golf " Islantilla (Huelva) dans un joli appartement confortable et très bien tenu. La description faite sur le site correspond tout a fait a la réalité pas de... surprises ! Excellent accueil de Mari Carmen ,quand a Mr Ferrando et Ana Mari des propriétaires habitant Madrid mais très soucieux du bien être de ses locataires et toujours a leur écoute, et ca c'est très rare !! je tenais a le souligner , moi qui loue depuis + 30 ans. Je vous Recommande ABSOLUMENT et sans crainte cette location !!!!

Wir haben uns in den 4 Wochen, trotz der anfänglich gemischten Wetterlage sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Eigentümer und die Hausdame waren jederzeit für uns ansprechbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ein Paradies

Es war ein rundherum super Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt mit Ana und Roberto war vom ersten Moment sehr gut, Fragen zu Bettwäsche, Handtücher wurden sofort beantwortet und auch bereitgestellt da wir mit dem Flugzeug angereist sind. Auch Fragen zur An/Abreise wegen der Uhrzeiten wurden ohne Probleme beantwortet und gelöst. Der Empfang durch Mari-Carmen die Betreuerin der Wohnung war ohne Probleme und sehr schnell und gut, es wurde alles erklärt gezeigt noch auf Besonderheiten der Umgebung hingewiesen auch für Freizeit und Essen/Trinken sehr kompetent und sehr toller Service. Am 2 Tag gab es einfrieden Unwetter mit schweren Überschwemmungen voll gelaufene Keller/Garagen Wasser in der Wohnung etc, Roberto hat sich sofort telefonisch erkundigt ob Probleme vorhanden sind ob was er etwas tun kann oder wir etwas brauchen Hilfe mit Auto etc, Benötigen er könnte sofort Hilfe organisieren auch Mari Carmen hat sich gekümmert. Einfach klasse das hätten wir nicht erwartet. Der Service bekommt 6von 5 Sternen wenn wir 6 Sterne vergeben könnten würden wir 6 vergeben. Wir haben uns super erholt in diesem schönen Haus, und eins ist jetzt schon sicher wir kommen zum Genießen wieder. Lisa und Heiko aus Ratingen/Germany

Muy buena elección

El alojamiento es excelente, buenas instalaciones, colchones y sillones muy cómodos, muy buena orientación de la vivienda, bien equipada, urbanización tranquila, La piscina estupenda y nada masificada. Problemas de olores en las tuberias

El apartamento estaba bien aunque la orientación era calurosa y no permitía utilizar mucho la terraza. Lo peor fue que a veces olía muy mal, no sabemos si eran las cañe tu las o el aire acondicionado.

Estupendo apartamento en un entorno tranquilo.

Hemos pasado 8 días a finales de agosto en este apartamento situado en una urbanización muy agradable y tranquila, aproximadamente a un 1,5 km de la playa a la que se puede llegar andando o en coche. El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, muy completo, cómodo y limpio. Nos hemos sentido muy bien tratados y aconsejados por Roberto y Ana, siempre disponibles para lo que necesitáramos. Si volvemos, repetiremos.

Como en casa...

Apartamento 100% recomendable, he pasado diez días con mi marido y mis niñas y hemos estado como en casa. La comunicación con Roberto (dueño de la casa) ha sido muy fácil, es una persona cumplidora y formal, algo que se agradece mucho en este tiempo que abundan los casos de estafas y malos entendidos con los alquileres vacacionales. Mari Carmen (persona que hace la entrada en la casa), estaba esperándonos en la puerta de la urbanización y nos enseñó todo, estuvo disponible en todo lo que la necesitamos. Y en lo que a la casa se refiere, las fotos reflejan lo que es, hay que tener en cuenta que hay parking subterráneo, que es un plus. El menaje de la casa completisimo!, incluso hay Tupper. La piscina de la urbanización está fenomenal, con control de acceso, vigilada y los vecinos respetuosos con los horarios establecidos de uso. Desde la urbanización se accede al parque Camaleón, se puede Dar un paseo con la bici o caminar. Para ir a la playa con niños recomiendo coger el coche, tardas 2 minutos pero es más cómodo, puedes ir a muchas playas cercanas con dunas y pinares y aparcar por 1€ al día que va destinado a Asociaciones de personas con discapacidad. Por todo ello os recomiendo esta casa, no acostumbro a repetir destino, pero si lo hiciera, sería aquí. Gracias por todo. Saludos desde la Ribera del Duero!

Un apartamento perfecto para disfrutar de las playas de Huelva

El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutarlo tranquilamente. Los espacios interiores son amplios y cómodos, las dos terrazas muy apropiadas para comer, leer o tomar el sol y la piscina completa los servicios. La urbanización está muy bien cuidada. La cercanía del centro comercial ayuda a tener a mano todo lo que se necesite. Se puede bajar a la playa sin tener que utilizar el coche. La plaza de garaje quita la preocupación de buscar aparcamiento. El trato de las personas con las que se formalizan los trámites es excepcional. En una palabra, perfecto.
