Listo para la diversión en el sol? Bienvenido a nuestra hermosa frente al golfo, condominio frente al mar en el pintoresco Perdido Key, FL. Este fabuloso 1 hab, 3ª unidad de suelo en la estación de Perdido Sun, puede alojar cómodamente hasta 4 personas!

No busque más, que ha encontrado su lugar ideal de playa para 1-4 personas. Este dormitorio de Piso en Perdido Key tiene capacidad para cuatro personas, con una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio, además de un tamaño queen,-cama plegable en la sala de estar. La unidad también cuenta con 1 baño y 1 aseo.

Relájese en su balcón privado y disfrutar de la hermosa vista del Golfo de México y la playa de arena blanca. Este condominio también cuenta con mejoras tales como electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito.

Relajarse en la piscina frente a la playa y disfrutar del calor del sol o buscar un poco de la cubierta en la piscina cubierta (climatizada en temporada). Las parrillas en el lugar de sala de fitness y la comunidad son otras dos instalaciones que complementarán sus vacaciones a la costa. Si no está de humor para salir y jugar una partida de golf en el cercano campo de golf Perdido Key o tomar el corto viaje a el centro comercial Tangers en Foley, Alabama. The location of this property is five stars. We were able to go to the beach and pool with ease from the back patio of our unit. The chair rentals on the beach are well worth the money. This particular unit however could use some maintenance. We had one issue I let them know of as soon as we checked in. The diverter in the second shower was not working so I ended up giving my toddler a bath in the master bathroom. If you needed to do multiple baths at the same time, this may have been an issue. The other main issue is that the door in to the unit would not close well without having to engage the deadbolt. Not a deal breaker but just more annoying than anything. This unit would be wonderful once some of the maintenance items are taken care of.

Great location on 1st floor. Walk down a few steps from covered patio area and you are at the pool with direct access to the beach. No elevators and limited steps to get to your room. All entries are coded for safety. Host was great to work with. Checked on us day of arrival to make sure everything was good. Great ocean views. Perfect for couples or small family.

Condo worked perfectly for us. We enjoyed how close we were to the pool and beach. Management company was great to work with as well. We will definitely stay here again.

First floor room with walk out balcony with quick access to pool, hot tub and beach. Even had great views from our balcony even though it was on the first floor. Our only complaint was the elevator didn’t work. There was just about ten steps we have to carry our heavy suitcases and wagon up but that wasn’t that terrible in the grand scheme of things. A nice little shopping center area across the street called the Villagio with ice cream and a great place to eat called the Jelly Fish.

This condo was the perfect little place for a girls weekend getaway. We all loved being on the first floor and having easy access to the pool, hot tub, and beach. The hosts was great and quick to respond to question or issue we had. I hope to be back for another stay soon!

We had a really good time. Staying on the ground floor was new to me. I really missed being able to see the waves coming in from balcony. If you have a hard time with steps I would place this on bye though.

Location, location, location!!!

This condo has the best location of the whole complex! Both pools are right off the patio deck and the beach right past. The condo is spacious and comfy. Loved that there are restaurants and shopping right across the street. The location is just perfect!!! We were all so happy with this condo and our stay. Will definitely book again!
