For rent villa of 70m² renovated in 2013, quiet at the end of a dead end, parking in front of the villa. Composed of a fully fitted American kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.), large living room with bultex sofa bed for 2 people, overlooking a circular terrace with sea view, a large bedroom 16m² with 2 beds in 80 which can be zipped to make a bed in 160, and a bed for children from 2 to 6 years old. a bathroom with bathtub. Independent toilet. Washing machine, garden in front of the entrance, garden furniture available (table, chairs, parasol, and deckchairs) as well as barbecue. Air conditioning (Hot / Cold) The villa is located 300m from the sea and 200m from the nearest shops.
A deposit of 300 euros will be required at the entrance to the premises, it will not be cashed but returned in the event of non-damage observed.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée avec une très belle vue et au calme sur les hauteurs de Saint-Aygulf mais à proximité du bord de mer et des commerces. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Intérieur spacieux, lumineux. Manque un petit dressing dans la chambre. Ajoutez des infos pratiques : jour de marché, visite aux alentours, ramassage des poubelles. Sejour agréable.

Excellent séjour

Location très tranquille en fond d'impasse. Pas de difficultés pour se stationner. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes , encore un grand merci pour toutes les attentions. La salle de bain a été refaite et une grande douche à l'italienne remplace désormais la baignoire... une très bonne surprise! Rien ne manque à cette jolie location, les rangements sont nombreux et la vue mer est un vrai plus, ainsi que les commerces de proximité et les jolies criques facilement accessibles à pied ( calanque du four à chaux, plage de Pebvrier, calanque des corailleurs) jamais surchargées, surtout en matinée. Bref un bel endroit pour des vacances réussies... avec l'envie de revenir l'an prochain....

Séjour agréable

Maison agréable, lumineuse et très propre. Nous avons apprécié le silence environnant. La petite crique se trouvant à proximité est accueillante et n'est pas bondée de monde. Par contre, il ne faut pas oublier des chaussures pour aller dans l'eau. Il y a de fortes chances que nous revenions.

Super séjour dans une belle propriété

Rien à dire, Bon accueil, maison refaite à neuf et très propre à notre arrivée. Localisation impeccable, à 10min à pied du centre et 5min à pied de petites calanques, parfaites pour se baigner. Localisation très calme et belle vue le matin sur la baie. A recommander!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette location. la maison est vraiment très agréable et très bien équipée. La climatisation est très appréciable lorsqu'il fait très chaud ! la literie est très bonne dans la chambre parentale. Nous n'avons pas testé le clic-clac dans le salon mais il semble moins confortable. la vue mer sur le balcon est très appréciable. Les photos de l'annonce sont conformes à la réalité. Les plages à proximité sont agréables mais pas de sable, ce sont des criques. l'avantage c'est que l'on peut y aller à pied, non négligeable dans cette région où les embouteillages sont fréquents, il y a cependant une grande plage de sable à 10 min en voiture ! nous avons pratiquement tout fait à pied. le centre de St Aygulf est à moins de 15 min à pied, la boulangerie à moins de 10 min ! une petite supérette au bout de la rue mais attention les prix exorbitants ! l'accueil des propriétaires fut très chaleureux et disponible. Ils habitent juste à côté de la maison. nous étions 3 adultes et deux enfants. nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
