Hi Vivienne, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The property you stayed in is rated sapphire, which is an older lower grade property. They are great value for money, and hugely popular with families, however due to their age they do have signs of wear and tear and historical maintenance . This is advertised at this grading prior to placing a booking. We have over 600 properties across 60+ holiday parks so hope we can welcome you on another stay in the future. Kindest regards, The 2cHolidays Team

They are great value for money, and hugely popular with families, however due to their age they do have signs of wear and tear and historical maintenance . We would always advise guests to ‘message the host’ if they have specific requirements for their stay so they can make sure the accommodation they book will be suitable for their holiday plans. We do our utmost to make sure the information is available and urge all guests to read all the paperwork and booking terms relating to their future booking. We do hope you still managed to have a great holiday, Kindest regards the 2cHolidays Team
