Welcome to our Lakehouse! Our 7 Bedroom, 4 bathroom Waterfront Cottage is located just outside of Parry Sound & Muskoka on Whitestone Lake. Our BIG family or Multi-family cottage (4000sq ft) sits on 55 Acres of waterfront property. It is a private, beautiful and a great place to entertain or host an event - 2.5hrs north of Toronto.

At our cottage you can enjoy being away without the bother of neighbours or noise. Pets are welcome and the property is ideal for exploring and hiking with dogs and family.

For the weekend warriors out there recreational amenities include relaxing on the Waterfront/Swimming/Boating/Hot Tub/Sauna/Canoe/Kayaks/Hiking Trails/Hammock/2 Fire pits for camp fires, roasting marshmallows and talking under the night sky.

Indoor fun for those rainy days includes 2 TV rooms so you can cozy up and binge watch that great show you have been dying to see. Kids have plenty to do - they can play the X box or use the Pool Table, Outdoor Ping Pong or choose from lots of good old fashioned Board Games & Books from our floor to ceiling Library.

SUMMARY:
This is the ideal retreat or entertainment spot for families, friends and groups looking for a spectacular trip away from the city.

Take all of your GARBAGE & RECYCLING to the dump. TUESDAY, THURSDAY SATURDAY & SUNDAY from 10am-5pm. You can find the dump in town on York Street. (QR code map by the garbage).
Check the waterfront for GARBAGE & PERSONAL ITEMS. Please pickup your GARBAGE and return all LIFE JACKETS and WATER TOYS to the bin or shed.Put away CANOE, KAYAKS and PADDLE BOARDs & 9 PADDLES

The cottage was authentic, cozy and absolutely perfect for our family to get away to celebrate our wedding. The space was beautiful and very comfortable for 20 of us, There was lots to do for all ages- indoors and out. The beautiful large dinning table allowed us to sit together and enjoy meals as a family. The lakeside gazebo and dock are gorgeous and a great place to relax and enjoy the water. The hosts were amazing and communication exceeded our expectations. A beautiful place to stay!

The place was absolutely stunning, everything was as described and more. I’ve been to other VRBO and these hosts go above and beyond by supplying the little things. It made the trip more homey. Only complaint, was going in July there were a LOT of deer flies and mosquitoes.

Our family group just got back from a week at this cottage.We had an excellent time.The kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated there being some herbs and spices that we had forgotten to pack.The cottage has lots of room for a large group. We had 13 adults and 4 babies ranging from 7 - 23 months.The lake is a short walk/drive down the road. This had pros and cons. We had to be intentional and well planned/packed when we went to the water. While the babies napped, someone had to stay behind as the water was too far away for the monitors to reach. We were easily able to make this work and everyone still enjoyed the lake. With young toddlers it was actually good to not have to worry about them being too close to the water. It made playing outside around the cottage easier. Kimberly and Mark were excellent hosts. Communication was great. Thank You very much for a wonderful stay!!

To write about all the positives from our stay is to exceed the character limit of this review, so here are the standouts:• Kim's communication: At every point throughout the entire process (and during the stay itself), Kim's speediness and helpfulness was incredibly impressive and made us feel like we were in great hands the entire time. It made a massive difference and really showed how much care she puts into renting out this stunning property. Thank you so much for everything, Kim• Cleanliness: for such an expansive property, everything was wonderfully clean and well taken care of. Upon arrival, we truly felt like we were excitedly fitting ourselves into a clean slate rather than into the state that previous guests left the cottage.• Equipment: I know other guests have commented, but it really is incredibly impressive how much the cottage comes equipped with. The massive stock pot and slow cooker were nice surprises, among all the other items. There was heaps of cupboard space in the kitchen.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. But, it wasn't perfect. A few spaces for improvement

My husband and I booked the cottage in early spring 2025 for our wedding ceremony and reception in May 2026. We were uncertain whether the dock would be installed for the ceremony, but Kim worked with us to make sure we had the ceremony of our dreams! The cottage was beautiful and blew our guests away. We used the grand room for our reception and were able to move and store the furniture to set up the space the way we wanted. With Parry Sound only a 30 minute drive, we were able to order fresh pizza for late night. Everything turned out beautifully and we only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenities.

Very peaceful property and the hosts were clear, communicative and answered any questions (ahead of time and on site) promptly. The property itself was stunning - everything had been updated (appliances, washrooms, bedrooms, games room, TV, hot tub, etc) and new while maintaining a classic and warm cottage element.We were able to comfortably and easily host 16 guests and each one was able to have their own space and also congregate all together to enjoy meals and games and time together. I will be booking again for another large family gathering. Cannot wait to get back. The privacy offered at the property is lovely too. You have your own space and the nature is beautiful. We were there in the winter so didn't get to use the lake etc but we walked down to the dock/lake front (about 5-10 minute walk from cottage) and it was lovely. Again, can't wait to get back!

Amazing stay

The place is absolutely fantastic. There is plenty of space inside the house and out, with games, pool table , hot tub , kayaks and paddle board near lake and lake side sauna. Kim is a very accommodating and gracious host.

Great time had by all

This was a great place for our small elopement wedding. We stayed Friday to Monday with just under 20 of us. The views were gorgeous and we had the funest time! There was a lot of space for everyone as well as a lot of privacy. Communication was great between the hosts and I.

The eight of us and our pets enjoyed a week at this lovely cottage. We appreciated having a place big enough for all of us and where our pets were welcome. Lots of space for everyone to relax. Games and books, comfortable beds, great waterfront with boats and a sauna, and a nice yard for dogs to zoom around. Day trips to Parry Sound and Killbear Provincial Park.
