Ideally located at the foot of the port, the beach, and shops. Elevated position allowing to contemplate the sea from the garden, balconies and large terraces on each level. Ideal for receptions, seminars, family vacations ... Quality materials and bedding for optimal comfort. Extras to be paid at destination. July August rental from Saturday to Saturday Modern, high-end villa with large windows to enjoy unbeatable sea views. Large terrace for dinners for up to 16 people. Comfortable TV room slightly isolated from the main living room. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Very pleasant terrace, garden with swimming pool by the sea. Modern and spacious bathrooms. Indoor garage and outdoor parking, 3 cars. Layout, ground floor: large open space with different environments: living room, dining room, kitchen with access to the garden and spectacular views, a bathroom and garage. First floor: 4 bedrooms: 2 suites with 160 X 200 cm beds, one with 2 single beds of 90 X 190 cm and the other with a 90 X 190 cm bunk bed for two people. 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces. On request, 2 extra beds (inflatable mattresses) can be placed, ideal for children. Second floor: 2 double bedrooms with 160 X 200 cm beds, a bathroom and a large sunny terrace. Wifi, air conditioning. Smoking is not allowed inside. The rooms and bathrooms will be available depending on occupancy. If you want to have all the bedrooms and bathrooms, you must book the occupancy for 12 people. Final cleaning, sheets and towels to be paid upon arrival 8 pax = €400 plus €20 per additional person. Pool towels €10 p.p. Deposit €2000 / credit card Visitor tax €1 per day and person over 16 years old Available 24 hours a day to attend to any emergency Ideal location: at the gates of the port, the Diving Center, the Sailing Club and the large family beach of Riells, renowned for its cleanliness and its activities (windsurfing, jetski, canoe, paddle, catamaran, multi-sports,... .). Montgri natural park 5 minutes away for magnificent hikes. San Pere Pescador beach 10 minutes away, world-famous for funboarding and kite-surfing. Many cultural, sports and fun activities in the immediate vicinity: Cala Montgo, Empuria Brava canals, Portitxol Beach, AquaBrava and its huge water slides, Luna Park and its attractions for all ages, magnificent Golf and mini-golf, large Karting , large cycle paths by the sea, petanque court in front of the villa, anchovy and salt museum, ruins and Saint Martin d'Em the house is on the marina, 20 m from the large beach of Riells, 10 minutes on foot from the old town, close to the market and shops (Food, pharmacy, hairdressers, clothes, etc.)" A A small train takes you around the city to the ruins of Empúries. Numerous buses. Nearest station: Figureras. Nearest airports: Girona, Perpignan, Barcelona. Leider nicht so toll :-(

Schlüssel Übergabe war im Büro, nicht im Haus selber. Für 9 Personen leider nur 2 Wein Gläser vor Ort. Warmwasserbereitung musste man selber finden und anschalten, sonst nur kaltes Wasser. Für die Stühle draußen waren lediglich 5 Kissen vor Ort.schimmel an der Decke in einem Zimmer.

Perfecte vakantie!

Heerlijke plek, luxe verblijf met fijn zwembad en gunstige ligging tov strand, winkels, boulevard. Hierdoor is het niet nodig om op pad te gaan en maakt het dat je echt tot rust komt. Prettig verzorgd, alles aanwezig wat nodig is en meer. Heerlijke vakantie voor alle leeftijden en voor herhaling vatbaar!
