Come and enjoy the calm of the Var hinterland with its perched villages (Callian, Fayence, Seillans ...), ranked among the most beautiful villages in France.
We are pleased to offer you in seasonal rental our property just renovated by us (1st rental).

Totally independent, on a plot of 2500m² with trees, it is not isolated, shops nearby and village center (5mns walk)
You will appreciate its atypical architecture offering a beautiful height of ceiling and big openings on the nature.

In the DRC, the entry serves the parental room (bed 160x200) air-conditioned with its private bathroom, an independent toilet and a large living room bathed in lights thanks to its many windows whose main offers a magnificent view of the Valley .
The kitchen is independent, furnished and equipped. It overlooks a shaded terrace where you spend most of your day by the pool.

On the floor you will find 2 rooms (beds 140x190) with tidying up. You will also find a shower room with WC, as well as a cocooning TV lounge (Box Internet, Apple TV) with sofa bed that can serve as extra bed (2pers).
We work to make our Provencal property a convivial and family space:
- Pool (mattress, sunbathing area)
- Many board games will occupy your evenings.
- Petanque and Molkky for enthusiasts
- Organic garden and fruit trees self-service to discover or rediscover the true Provençal flavors.

We will be happy to welcome you to present our cocoon and its instructions and our little addresses must.

Useful info:
- Rent: 270 € / night (minimum 7 nights) - 1890 € / week
- Deposit: 2000 € (check not cashed)
- Final cleaning fee: 120 € to be paid upon arrival
- Option beds made on arrival and linens provided (sheets, towels): 15 € / pers / week to be paid on arrival.
