Fantastic apartment located on a ground floor, with capacity for 2 people and located about 500 metres away from the beach in Can Picafort.
Start the day with a delicious breakfast at the terrace while deciding the best plan for the day. Here you can enjoy the nice family chat as well as a good reading before you take the best decision: enjoy the morning amid the crystal-clear waters and the fine sand that awaits after a short walk!

With an interior renovated in 2024, it is both spacious and cosy. Upon entering, you will find a practical room that connects the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. Here you can watch TV - cooled by air-conditioning - cook your favourite recipes on the gas hob and enjoy them. The separate laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a wardrobe. There is a cot and high chair and a radiator available. The bathroom in the house has a bathtub.

Can Picafort is a family and quiet coastal village, pretty lively during the summer and inhabited by locals during the winter. It offers all needed services like bars, ice-cream parlours, restaurants, shops, supermarket, etc. The paradisaical beach is about 500 metres away and if you like golf we recommend you go to the seafront course in Alcanada, only 14 km away.

Cosy and close to the beach

Check in via key box works great. Appartment is neat and simple but well equipped. Oven didnt work. Neighbors are friendly but own singing Birds. Spaceous terrace! Supermarket and restaurants close by. Nice beach walks possible.

Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, Parkmöglichkeit in der Straße begrenzt und zum Teil längere Wege erforderlich.Wir haben eine Kaffeemaschine oder Möglichkeit eines Kaffeefilters vermisst. Keine Polster für die Stühle zur Verfügung, Stühle und Couch innen und außen nicht gerade bequem. Relaxstühle und/oder Liegen wären schön. Sonnenschirm fehlte.Das Bad hat kein Fenster oder Ventilator.Betten sehr hart, der Rücken hat sich bei uns nicht darüber gefreut.Wir waren bereits vorzeitig an der Wohnung in der Hoffnung Bereits rein zu kommen, hatten angemeldet das wir bereits um 7:15 landen, trotzdem wurde erst 15min vor dem CheckIn der Code für die Schlüsselbox übermittelt, anders wäre Gäste freundlicher.Insgesamt war die Wohnung ok, mit der Lage nah am Strand gut.

Nos quedamos 3 semanas en el alojamiento, que es perfecto para un período más largo. Nos sentimos muy cómodos con el bebé y también usamos la terraza, que es muy grande. Fue especialmente positivo: - Persianas, para que las ventanas puedan permanecer abiertas por la noche - Amplia terraza y apartamento - Lavadora y lavavajillas. - barrio agradable y ubicación - Trona y cuna. Fue más negativo: - Muy ruidoso (hoteles por la noche, recogida de basura y coches del garaje subterráneo por la mañana) - La terraza siempre estaba sucia (no se podía mantener limpia, por lo que el bebé no podía gatear allí

Sehr angenehm! Tolle Wohnung mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Grosse Terrasse. Parkmöglichkeiten im Quartier. Wohnung 3 Gehminuten vom Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Spontane Aufenthaltsverlängerung um 1 Nacht wurde schon vor der Reise unkompliziert geregelt. Muchas gracias!

Homerti est une agence très professionnelle, l’appartement est a 5 minutes de la plage et des magasins ou petits restaurants!! L’appartement était très propre et la terrasse très agréable pour nos petits déjeuner !!! Par contre attention aux vols, nous avons été victime de plusieurs vols de nos affaires de plages (serviettes, parasol et même la chaise pliable de ma fille de 2 ans et de mon mari)

Die Daten für die Wohnung und alle Informationen haben wir schnell und einfach am Flughafen erhalten. Auch der eigene Check in hat super funktioniert. Bei der Abkunft war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Nur roch sie von Tag 1 an nach einem sehr strengen Putzmittel. Der Geruch ging über 6 Tage nicht weg und der Aufenthalt war deshalb etwas unangenehm. Vermutlich wird das Putzmittel gegen die Armeisen verwendet, welche noch vereinzelt in der Wohnung herumlaufen. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß, jedoch von allen Seiten einsehbar. Auch liegt vor dem Schlafzimmer eine Tiefgarageneinfahrt und es sind in der Wohnung häufig laute Geräusche, vgl. mit einer Waschmaschine, zu hören. Nichts für ruhige Gemüter. Sehr gut ist jedoch die Ausstattung der Wohnung und der kurze Weg zum Strand!
