A wide 19 step STAIRCASE leads to your SECOND STORY two-bedroom two bath condo which is centrally located in the heart of bustling Old Town Florence. The area is known for great restaurants, active pubs, shops, art galleries, an ice cream and a chocolate shop. Yet surrounded by natural beauty including the majestic Siuslaw River.

Most everything is within walking distance, while the ocean beaches, National Dunes, and golf courses are a quick 10 minutes drive from Historic Old Town. Florence was voted number one - most beautiful places by Expedia in 2017 & 2018 & 2019!

The freshly redecorated space has new furniture, paint and carpet. The rooms are filled with gallery quality art from both local and nationally acclaimed artists. The unit is 1400 square feet with a large 250 square foot deck overlooking the scenic river and views of the beautiful and historic Siuslaw Bridge. The deck is complete with dining table with seating for 6, 2 zero gravity lounge chairs, and a BBQ. Perfect for dining and relaxing while watching all the fishing and crabbing vessels depart and return from the Pacific Ocean.

The large primary bedroom (very active street side) has a flat screen TV and additional comfy seating, a king sized bed with new linens. The primary bath features a Jacuzzi tub and shower, with a separate double sink between the main bed and bath. The smaller bedroom has a king bed, affords views of the river, separate deck access, and a bathroom just steps away. The kitchen is fully furnished with island seating in addition to the dining room seating for six.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer, two flat screens w/cable, internet connection, and a reserved parking space less than one block from the unit. Trailer, RV and oversized, second vehicle parking is available along side streets or at the port parking area -one block from the Tides condo.

Sorry no pets, and no smoking/vaping anywhere in or around the building. The SECOND STORY condo is accessible by stairs only - no elevator.

While there are beautiful views of the Siuslaw River and Siuslaw Bridge, there is no bridge noise as we are located several blocks from the bridge and not near enough to hear the traffic.

Re: Early check in - it’s important to pre arrange early check in for two main reasons. First, to allow our housekeeping staff to work without interruption. Second, our electronic lock system is set up for an after 4pm arrival. The locks will not open for your code before 4pm on check in day. I’m happy to provide free pre arranged early check in whenever it is possible. 🙂)

Please be aware that this condo is located in the heart of Old Town with active restaurants, and busy shops all around. Most businesses open at 10am and close by 8pm. While the deck and guest bedroom are peaceful at all times, there is always street activity, on weekends especially, until 10 or 11 o'clock or later.

Light sleepers please be aware that Old Town has many restaurants which require early morning deliveries and early morning garbage pick up. There will be noise some early mornings. We have provided a fan to create 'white noise' that has helped most guest sleep through the street noise.
